Just vaped Bobas Bounty for the first time

I know tastes are highly personal, and very subjective, but I have tasted the cinnamon in Boba's as well. Although it could come down to what you were drinking or eating at the time. My eliquids taste way different when I'm drinking say sweet tea, over when I drink water.
Sadly I had to quit Boba's. The VG was irritating my lungs almost as much as I used to get when I smoked too many cigarettes in a night.

i get oatmeal rasin with graham cracker. i guess those things sometimes have a touch of cinnamon, but im not actually noticing any cinnamon
I am extremely sensitive to cinnamon and I can't taste it at all.
EDIT: BB is one of those rare juices where I can't tell the difference between steeped and non-steeped. I usually vape it straight out of the envelope. I have month-old BB but I can't tell a difference taste- or-smell-wise.

LOL - well, when it happens, maybe you can sign up for the Classified and find someone to trade with.
I'm beginning to think I have a better chance of putting my hands on Jennifer Love Hewitt than I do of ever getting my hands on a 15ml bottle of Boba's Bounty to try out.
boba's is so polarizing. half the people who've tried it, LOVE it; the other half, notsomuch. i'm just going to put it on my birthday and christmas wishlists. sure beats getting that ugly sweater from aunt franny.
I gave up on trying to score it. Seems like they are making false shortages and stupid policies to keep the hype up. Halo has no problem taking my money or delivering my product.
I've made a clone BB that I like but I always go back to the BB clone I bought from Cat Skill Mt. Without steeping I instantly liked it. I hope I'm not let down when I finally get the original.
I don't think AVE is purposely causing a shortage. I do think they're being very careful who works for them lest the exact BB recipe is leaked. And with the high demand from local vape shops reselling it and the vape community excited to try or reorder, they just can't make enough to meet the demand. I'm sure they're working on a solution. Maybe they got something in the works so they never run out...maybe they're waiting for the October FDA outcome before investing in a system to mass produce. If this is the ejuice that gets people off stinkies, then I hope we see their product in every gas station or vape shop.

I think your taste buds are ok. I can't believe so many can't taste the cinnamon. I sure can, but it's very light, just a hint. I hate cinnamon in most of the other juices I've tried...and it's because when the cinnamon is strong it's disgusting. But I love cinnamon otherwise, and with BB the amount of flavoring is just right, and not overdone.

av has been on this forum or 4 years and we've watched Ben grow his business... he's a great guy... and he's been pretty forthcoming about everything in his business except his recipes.
why do you think these smaller companies have difficulties keeping juices in stock?
rarely is it incompetence... and certainly not toying with supply and demand...
That's just not the case...
With AV... it's always a matter of flavorings... they don't make their own flavorings... if their flavoring supplier is low or out, then they suffer... that's been the case with bobas for over three years. One begins to notice these shortages coincide with big events going on in asia... mmm
get the ingredients somewhere else and perhaps the magical flavor disappears.
Halo is a completely different kind of business.. they don't make their juice like mom and pop companies... halo isn't a mere mixer of flavorings... Halo is a much larger business that is set up to mass produce juice. Quality juice. They sell to vendors. Halo is probably my favorite company, but they are no mom and pop company. Their success doesn't rely on third party vendors supplying them.
and bobas has been selling out for more than three years... I think that we're past "hype."

I didn't really like it, it seemed like roasted nuts to me. But I'm letting it sit, and sit, and sit, and I'll try it again soon.

I get honey, lots and lots of honey....graham cracker thrown in....can't find the cinnamon yet, but I will looking for it.
The story I hear is that Ben's customer wanted him to make him something he liked. It really sounds like he was going for a smore flavor with tobacco flavor or his favorite cereal....maybe cinnamon toast crunch.
I've just been through my 2nd Evod with BB. I get a lot of tobacco with maybe a hint of sweet on the exhale, Hard to pin down what that sweet is. Perhaps a burnt raisin flavor or notes of some sweet cigar. I happened to get a small order in & they shipped right away.
It is not what I expected at all. I don't know if I'd try to order it again. It's not all that great.
Seems like I vape it at times I crave an analog. For that, it seems like a good alternative. It's very harsh first thing in the morning. I have to wait for my throat to settle down before I can vape it regularly.
I also got GJ & it seems very close to BB only with a bit of banana on the exhale. I don't feel it's worth all the hype.

You should let that Boba's sit for 6 months and then vape it. I lost my initial sample bottle a long time ago and found it last august and I still remember how yummy it was. I did not care for it at first but after just setting it aside for months and coming back to it, I was able to appreciate the very complex flavor that they created.
