I usually don't mind but sometimes it does kind of bug me. Especially when I'm at work on a short break sitting in the break room. It's not that I don't mind talking about it so much that I hate when the same person asks me the same things over & over & over!! You know that same guy that's always in the break room talking about how much they want to quit. You've broken it down...given him the info...given him the forum info...even brought in the business card & written down exactly what you're using. Gosh!! Ok I'm done! I love helping new vapers but just don't make me sound like a broken record. One of my pet peeves is repeating myself over & over again. If you weren't listening the first time ok but the 6th, 7th, 8th time...enoughs enough! Just let me vape please!!

They do sell disposable tips for "friends" who want to share. At least you are protected that way. I was also thinking if you had any old stuff, like cigalikes, you don't use anymore, you could just give that stuff away or share with it if you were so inclined. But I think that you can only give so much information before people just have to help themselves if they want to quit.

I kinda feel ya, OP. There's a few people at work who constantly ask to hit my vape. I even sold my Twist to one of them. Now he's wanting me to fill up his tanks with my juice.

I don't mind selling or lending out outdated or unused gear, but my juice is my juice. That's where I draw the line. I don't mind sharing MBV juices, since they're cheap and easily replaced. But it's my gourmet stuff, the expensive stuff, and I don't give it out willy-nilly. If you're desperate and really need it, I'll help. But if you just like the flavor and are too lazy to go buy it yourself, then no, I'm not going to fill up your tank. I mean, I did the work that paid for it. Sometimes they offer me money, but I can't vape money.

This is especially frustrating because the brick and mortar store is literally a minute walk away from my job. I keep telling them, "Dude, the store is RIGHT OVER THERE. Just walk over there and buy a bottle." But no, they want my stash.

RE: EricHill

P.S. When I was an immature punk in high school, we went driving around with super-soakers doing drive-by "soakings". We needed more water, so we went through a Krystal drive-thru to ask for water, but she wouldn't give us any. So we went back home, filled up the tanks, drove back, and soaked the crap out of her. [hangs head in shame] What a dbag I was.

I got hired at that Krystal one month later. Lasted about a month. Trust me when I say I spoke to no one and kept my ball cap down low. I even scoped the place out for cops before going in for the interview.

Kiddo, sounds like a nice little side business you could start up in your town. I know of a huge vendor who said he started with about $150 worth of product on hand. You could start with a few egos with chargers, a few clearos and a few bottles of juice on hand.

Since here in Mexico it´s really hard to get vaping stuff, many of my friends aked me where did I buy my stuff and soon enough I started a little side bussiness: I buy ecigs, nic and flavoring and sell all the stuff to them... I don´t advertise and don´t get into too much trouble or have a lot of stock, but those little sales pay for all my vaping stuff (and feeding 4 Reos and a Provari is not cheap!)

I´d buy a few disposables and try if I can sell them... who knows, maybe you can help someone and make your stuff cheaper!

Tell them you're fighting a cold and they can pick up a Blue or Njoy at the gas station, Walmart, or wherever. You can download a free pamphlet from CASAA that explains all about ecigs. They can join this forum to learn what they need to know. Do it with a smile so it doesn't affect your tips.

Good luck. I wouldn't let strangers in a bar (or anywhere else for that matter) have a go from my pv, you don't know if they're sick. I look at it as someone asking to borrow my toothbrush, yuck!

I worked with a guy who got into vaping through me. But before he did he'd always ask for hits. Then I started making my own juice and he wanted me to make his for him. So I know how ya feel. I just get people intrigued, give em this forum address, and walk away. If they want to they'll eventually come here and learn.

I don't let strangers do it, lol. That would be gross. Like I said, very small town. Everyone knows everyone, especially the only two barmaids at the only bar in town.
