JUUL to stop selling flavors in stores

I don't use pod systems, but I don't see how only selling flavors online will keep the FDA away.

Because the fda said so. Specifically they’re no longer allowed to sell them in gas stations. They COULD still sell them in dedicated vape stores if they wanted

The gas stations and convenience store have been handed a lawsuit on a platter. If the FDA follows through with their plan they'll likely get bit in the .... this time. This type of vendor discrimination isn't allowed by law is my understanding.
