Kanger Aerotank not working

So I was super excited to try my aerotank yesterday, I filled it up with liquid and it worked okay for a little while, until it stopped firing.
I have the air holes completely uncovered, and I have tried it on multiple batteries. I unscrewed the base from the tank and tried just the coil and it fired with just the coil but when I reattached the tank nadda.

If anybody can offer any advise I would really appreciate it. It's so frustrating when new equipment doesn't work.

Sorry the part about it firing when not in the tank just sank in. Make sure the chimney isn't shorting out the coil. I assume to see it fire you pulled the chimney off the base to see the coil. Does the coil appear to be slide to one side more than other, making it possible the coil is touching the chimney when everything is assembled?

Just out of curiosity I tried the coil in my protank 3 and it worked fine so the problem is with the aerotank itself
I've screwed a coil into an aero-tank base and had the center pin go off center and short more than once. I just unscrew the coil and reseat it. You can see if the center pin is centered from looking at the bottom of the base. Those bases cured my draw problems.

I had issues with the top coil shifting and shorting out when screwed down too far. It sacked because I bought an aerotank and aero bases for my protank 3 to fix the dreaded airflow issue when screwed down to far onto my Provari. Rebuilt with single coil in dual coil head and problem solved. Hope this helps.
