Kanger Clone Coils

I just rec'd Kanger STM Clone coils from fasttech. Tried one - NG, it was shorted. Tried another ti sort of worked okay but the draw was wasy too difficult. Tried a third coil and the same thing. To difficult to pull on and get a hit. These are the older horizontal coils. Is there a way to loosen up the draw on them?

You can remove the wick and rewick as you see fit with those horizontal coils.

I thought so. I figure that they are just packed a bit too tight. I bought them with the intention of being able to rewick them more easily than the vertical coils. Thanks Eekins.

I've used many Kanger and Kanger Clone coils - but in Protank/evod/etc.

Easy to Rebuild, but check Air opening diameters. Some are sub-par others work great. To many manufacturers with no reference to which is which.

Never installed a Coil head without a full inspection and if necessary, adjustment.
