I get it now. I just missed that connection. I agree COMPLETELY. Here is the post by hibi "Refund sent. Your payment has been submitted. Confirmation #262288513". It definitely looks like a popmoney confirnation number. I wonder if one of the mia's received it, I am not blaming them, I just know that If you don't use popmoney account alot they might not even know. It would be real simple to find out if hibi would just reply.

Unacceptable.
If the # is legit
1) Hibi would have received a confirmation with Recipients Name
2) Recipient would receive an email and be aware of receipt.

I was thinking of contacting popmoney customer support and ask them about the number, but I don't think they would give me any info. Unless, I said that it may have been sent to the wrong email address. hmmmm

Edit: passer said he doesn't have a popmoney account, but I wonder if he tried to contact them anyway. You can send money to someone without an account.

without hibi's cooperation there's no way to get to the bottom of it. only passerbyeus stands a slim chance explaining that he had paid thru pp and was given a confirmation number that might have been issued through popmoney. could they please check if this number is somehow associated with his email or if it was canceled, etc

dunder, if it went to the wrong address it would be hibi's responsibility still ............

and if it was issued through popmoney to passer's email address he would have been notified how to claim the funds

I have no idea how popmoney works. In Canada with INTERAC e-Transfer if the money isn't picked up they will send a second reminder and then at somepoint is gets cancelled and returned to sender (I think 2 weeks?).

Doesn't popmoney work that way? What happens if you send money and the person never picks it up, it has to go somewhere :?:

Well it is way more then 10 days so that confirmation number is useless now :(

Ok everyone popmoney stated the payment was sent to me then was canceled the same day by the sender, I had issues from the start with popmoney so hibi just let me pay with paypal, and so as soon as she posted the confirmation number I emailed and reminded her I paid with paypal, so the money she sent was canceled by her.

Well its to my understanding that she was asked to not refund me and just send the order from the guys upstairs, since I really said nothing wrong in the first place. The email I sent her was to please send the refund to the paypal account like I paid or mail the order, it was up to her and since that day I have heard or seen nothing about my order or money.

I even sent her 45 cents extra for working with me on it lolol
