Think the tsunami 24 with squonk pin will be ok?
That's what I'm running on mine and it's perfect , great flavor and plenty of vapor and pin makes good contact almost flush just a Lil gap not noticable.

Isnt that rda a leaker..... Reason I ask is because I'm interested and want to buy one but isnt the AFC right at the base.....? If it does leak the top of the DB 160 isn't sealed so I'd be afraid if getting juice in the mod....AND SHORTING IT OUT?

It is bottom air but if you wick it right and don't go crazy on squonking it's not an issue. It's the same as a Kennedy as I have a bf of it too and it is basically the same all in the wicking. I put the tails of my wicks in front of the air tube which are up off the deck a good half inch and I have zero leaking.

K... got mine a few days ago and I've been messing with it...

First presentation... it's Kanger... the packaging is second to none...

Build quality... again it's Kanger... not the best but definitely not the worst... bottle door magnets are sufficient I'm not worried about losing it and the battery door is really nice...

The device itself works nice... haven't done tc with it just kanthal so just wattage but it works really well... the bottle squanks great much better than first one... I have no complaints and battery life is as well as to be expected from a dual 18650...

The topper... well it's better than the first one but that's not saying much... comes with a velocity style deck which is nice but again the barrel is to big and flavor is just... meh...

On the bright side my velocity mini fits on there fine and flush and works wonderfully...

So... in my eyes the mod is a win... it's a great device and may replace my rx2000 and crown tank as my everyday carry...

The topper... it isn't awful... but it definitely isn't great... pick yourself up a nice bf atty to go with it and I think you'll be satisfied...

For under $60 I don't see how anyone could complain, yes the atty sucks but for under $20 you can get a decent one like the mini velocity so I would say it's a good buy for the price. I'm running dual ss316 Claptons in tc mode and it's running great, nickel also worked fine in tc. Also ran the ss coils in power mode and works just as it should.

I picked up the Kanger Dripbox 160 this week and absolutely love it. I'm totally sold on squonking. I replaced the Clapton coils today with 24 gauge SS316 coils and I'm vaping it in SS TC mode. I have no issues with popping juice coming out of the air holes and hitting me on my hands or my face now. My complaints would be that I wished the air holes were positioned right next to the coils rather than slightly above the coils. This would allow airflow underneath the coils as well. I also wish that the battery cutoff (where the low battery warning comes on) was lower. When the mod warns me that the batteries need recharging, the voltage read around 3.45 volts on my charger. If the cut off was set down around 3.2 volts like a lot of my other mods, the battery life would see a considerable improvement. Vaping it all day long, two sets of batteries last me just under a full day's usage.

Not sure if you noticed but you can turn rda's outer sleeve upside down..... And if your good with a dremel you can customize your very own afc slots or holes whatever you want...... If you don't want to do that, you can always set your coils to the outer edge and pull your coils up to position them over your AFC ...... Just an FYI. I don't get any spitting either with my own build 24 Guage 2.5 i.d ,7 wrap, .28 ohms.....

I have a Hastur version 1 laying around and I'm thinking about trying it again on my DB 160.... I think I retired it prematurely.... Imo it needs more power..... Juice tends to pool and work it's way to the AFC higher wattage might take care of that?? We'll see..... ?

Does anyone understand the reason Phil Busardo is saying we should use dedicated batteries..... This is regulated right.... I thought you only had to do that with parallel mech boxes.
I do notice my batteries are charging at different rates so I dunno, I don't get it..... I thought regulated is supposed to take the thinking out of things like battery pairing and rotation??

Basically as long as they were purchased at the same time and always used together. They always recommend married batteries, if one is older than the other with more cycles on it is where the problem comes in. One could discharge faster causing higher load on the better battery, and depending on your power settings that could be very bad. We have all heard the stories of regulated mods venting and many say it is due to random batteries being used.
