I change my liquid to a more viscous one, and found out that the gurgling is a lot more less.. so i though this Evod works well with thicker e liquid.. no dry hits or plasticky taste so far..

my EVOD hasn't arrived yet, so i cannot give any advice, about your comment CID78, i thought this EVOD still inherit the character of T3 which is working on thicker liquid,....in T3, i already can solve the gargling and leaking issue,...hope soon after my EVOD arrive, i can find what happen and can solve this matter...

CID....when my EVOD comeee????

anyone tried to rebuild them ? I had a go at it and I cant seem to make it work. I'm using 2.5mm wick and some wire, when i twist it 4 times its 2.7 ohm and 3 times its also 2.7 ohms what is up with that ? They should be same to rebuild like t3 and nova, why cant i make it work? I think it doesnt' wick properly also

I have been using my new EVOD most of the day today and I'm very impressed. Almost through my second tank and no leaks, gurgles, spitting or cussing LOL. Popped it on my mini eGo and the thing vapes like a champ. I think this will have to replace my 650 with carto tank as my "out and about" setup. image.jpg

I'm at odds on this. It looks great. But I'm getting dry hits like crazy. Like every 2-3 hits and not chain vaping. I'm using 70% pg and its pretty thin.

Giving it time. ..

I noticed that at first- took about 3 tanks to break in the coil, but now it wicks great and hits hard. Definitely the best clearo I have owned!

GotVapes just started carrying them.

I still cannot figure out why one of my EVODs leaks so badly now. Two of them are perfect, except for, just like the T3, once the juice gets real low, then it starts to gurgle. But one of mine just starts gurgling after only about 5-10 hits.
The exactly happen to me also, it was working finely until once the juice got low it started leaking on me =(.

After reading the posts in this thread, I ordered four of the Evods with four replacement heads. I've been chain vaping the first one for about three hours straight and so far, nothing but yummy with a ton of vapor. I did make sure the original head was screwed all the way in before filling, then gave it a few primer pulls with all the airholes and the bottom blocked off. Then I let it stand up on the desk for about 5 minutes before use. Hopefully, this will help those who are getting dry hits. I'm really loving this thing so far!

I have been vaping on Evods exclusively for the last couple of weeks and haven not had any trouble out of them so far. I have not experienced any gurgling or leaking. The only thing that I have noticed is that the coil head unscrews from the base sometimes when I remove the base to re-fill. Now I try to check to see if the coil head is tight each time.

I normally test fire my clearos if they have been sitting for a while, like overnight. I listen to how quickly the juice starts to sizzle, if it is slow to sizzle, then I know that the wick is oversaturated and may gurgle if I try to take a drag. If that is the case I fire it a few more times until I hear it sizzling pretty quickly. Then I take a vape. It seems like if the wick is oversaturated and I take a vape the clearo is more likely to flood. This has been my experience with T3's anyway, and I just do it out of habbit now with the Evods as well.
