Hey guys I lost my directions already to my protank and I just bought it today, I think I actually left them inside the vapor store.

Well anyways my question is the suggested use on the protank I have a 2.5 ohm.
it was claiming I think to use ???? 4.2? volts I don't remember

But what is the wattage I am suppose to use on it because my vamo is set on watts not volts and I don't wanna burn out the coil/head really fast

I kinda like my protank on 8.0 watts I don't know if that's too many or not because I was enjoying 6.0 watts on my iclear 30

Thanks for anyone who replies back

I appreciate any help thanks guys

Hmmm.. I would say fiddle with your settings a bit.. With a 2.5ohm head I'll start at 7.5w and adjust to taste.. I rarely go over 10w.. Some juices vape different.. For example, with me, sweet and fruity vapes taste burnt if I raise my power to high even with the correct power to ohm setting.. Tobacco juices seem to hold up better to power.. I prefer to keep my ohms under 2 with whatever atty or carto I use.. Adjust to taste if your using a VV or VW device.. If you're using a mech, then u need something with low resistance to get good performance.. Batteries also play a factor.. Fresh batteries are going to give you a better vape but depending on your device can also affect your flavor.. Just another thing is that Protanks heads usually have a bit of a break in period so if you're not getting good flavor on a juice you're used to, give it a few before u start chain vaping.. Make sure u take primer puffs once u fill with a new head..

not much luck with the power chart but its a good start. I adjust to the juice and my taste. It should be easy to adjust your power settings with a Vamo, play around with it till you get the taste you want. I have been using nothing but my protank for the last week. I noticed the vape changed as I put more time on the head and needed me to up the power to get the same vape. It's a lot better now that I rebuild my own heads but the coil still gets crudded up and needs a bit more power to get the vape I want.

Wow didn't think that many people would reply so fast!

Thanks guys and yeah 7-8 watts is pretty much where I like it
So I guess I'm doing the right thing then

I appreciate everyone's input
And yeah I bought this tank just for cinnamon because I love cinnamon vape so much and it was cracking my other tank.

Does anyone know where I can buy replacement heads at for really cheap?? Because my vapor store doesn't carry them.

I remember him saying that they use the same evod coil / head and just replace the post from the protank with the evod coil

Did anyone ever try this so I don't have to order heads for the protank online?

try your hand at rebuilding them, I use 5 wraps of 32 guage Kanthal and a cotton wick. Plenty of tutorials on here and way easeyer than it looks. I havnt had the problems of my wick crapping out after a day like some others, I have one going strong after a week of heavy vaping. If you need some more help let me know and I'll post up my method.....wich I think is pretty close to what everyone else is doing
