So Cal
Both my son and my wife are using the Kanger T2 Replaceable Top Coil on Apollo PV @ 3 to 3.5v and the heads don't seem to be lasting like they used to. I buy 4 heads at a time and one out of the four will just stop working after a day or two. I check them with my meter and get no reading at all. Before they all would last over a week and the only reason they got replaced was due to muted flavor.

Anyone else having this issue? Any suggestions?

They probably had screwed down the clearo too far a time or two... this either pushs the center contact post up into the clearo or the PV's post down into the 510 connector resulting in a loss of contact. Either pull the post back down in the clearo using a small needle nose plyers, dental pick or small screwdriver... or pull the PV's post back up.

They way to keep this from happening again is to get them to not over tighten them.

I ran into that issue too but that is not the case here. I am testing the heads after removing them from the carto.

I wish you'd mentioned that you had checked for that... it would have saved a bit of typing..

If it isn't a bad connection as described... I'm not certain what suggestion you are looking for since that only leaves a bad or popped head/coil as all that is left... I guess you could take them apart to see if the coil went bad or if the wires are just not making good contact and then attempt to fix them... I really see no other suggestions that can be made but those at this point.

I'm simply asking "Anyone else having this issue?"

Sorry if you misunderstood but the title of the thread directs you to just the heads ;) and everyone knows you can't get an accurate reading to pinpoint the problem unless you remove the head.
