My Subtank Mini makes a very loud pop! Noise when I hold the fire button down, every single time. I used to have a Nano and it did the same thing. I haven't tried the .5 coil yet, because I prefer the 1.2. May have to try and see what happens. I know this is a pretty common issue, so is there anything that can be done to fix it?

If not, can you guys recommend some sub ohm tanks that are 22mm in width, at the base?

Ahh, I remember those days of that pop that would make me jump at times, this happens with 50/50 ratio juices, higher your VG and it will stop, I never have that issue any more, it does happen more with a new coil too.
You know I can only recommend the Freemax starre , be warned though, it is a beast ha. The coils are amazing, you won't get any popping no matter what juice it is and the vape is so smooth, I love mine, you will need a box mod of at least 50w, 80 or 100 would be more ideal for the 0.25 ohm coil, it does come with a 0.5 though too.
The tank is so good, I can't bring myself to recommend anything else.

If the fix is as simple as that, I may pick up some higher vg juice! Or I can just deal with it... It really isn't that big of an issue. As long as I know that the popping isn't causing any damage to the coil or anything else, I can learn to get over it.

No, its quite normal with higher pg juices in those tanks, higher vg will def help but you may still get some slight popping now and again, nothing to worry about..
