I wanted to follow up with this thread and let everyone know there WAS indeed an issue with my Svoe Mesto Kayfun 4. On a good note, I mean truly good note, I got in touch with ProVape where I bought the Kayfun 4 and explained the issue. It was suggested I contact Svoe Mesto to see if there was anything they could suggest, which I did and took all of their recommendations to heart and tried them, still had the same issue of leaking, etc. Went back to ProVape on the same ticket and they sent me a brand new Kayfun 4 with an RMA number to ship the other back. Truly AWESOME customer service! This is the main reason when people ask me why I stick with my ProVari over anything else, this kind of customer service is my main answer. The person I spoke to throughout the entire ticket was a guy named Blake, I was even willing to purchase another Kayfun 4 to test the theory that maybe something was off with the machining on the other, however, there was no reason to do so because of him and the company! Both thumbs up indeed and a HUGE THANK YOU to Blake for being such a good guy!
Anyway, got my new Kayfun, had it for about 3 weeks now, NO LEAKS what-so-ever. I can continue on with happy vaping again! YAY! Thanks again to Blake and ProVape!!!!
