Because an even 3mm seems to be just over the threshold of too large, I found a 7/64" drill bit gets me 2.779mm which is close enough to call it 2.8mm.Guess I'll be 6. I usually do mine on a 2.5 mm coil jig with 8 wraps, and haven't tried anything else since I started making coils. I'll have to see how it works using a 3mm jig instead.

I've only ever used 2.5 in my KF4... I'll have to try it with a 3! Thanks!Just tried using a coil made on my 3mm coiling jig, and definately notice a difference. For starters had to go up to 12 watts instead of my usual 8. Much better vapor production, though the flavor is still about the same.
Well thank you!Good to see some GEMs mixed in with the Kayfuns, the GEM is such an excellent RTA!
Post a pic of your stand! While we are on the vape stand diversion, can't help but mention these guys: Custom Made Exotic Wood PV APV e-cig Display Stands from $20
Built a stand for me custom for $100 and it is fantastic.
+1 on the Calix (V2 in my case).
I actually posted this pic in our German forum and got my .... kicked...
The one titled as Mini V1 is actually the Mini V2. The Mini V1 has an aluminium tank (or in a second edition with carbon optics)
This means I have to start the hunt to get my collection complete.. Kayfun V1 and Kayfun Mini V1 are missing!!![]()
Now all you have to do is detail the differences. I'd read it just for history's sake.
