I never liked how many parts are on the K4 ... and the $180

I'm not really interested in the K5 either ... the kayfun Lite V2+ works perfect for me

I finally gave my KF nano another try, since I use the good japanese cotton now. It's vaping just fine, but I think I'm just spoiled with my Achilles; I just can't taste anything. Well... I taste the cotton, and it's not burning, but... no flavor of the ejuice. Which really peeves me; my favorite Achilles has damaged threads, so I'm having a hard time getting it to screw into anything; I have one 510/ego adapter that it will still screw into, and I'm using a thread cover so it doesn't look totally goofy. But I was really hoping I could get that KF nano vaping well, to help me hold out until I can get a die and fix the Achilles' threads.

I've got my eye on one, on ebay; it's $9.50, but it comes from San Francisco instead of China, so it should get here a little quicker. But, money is kinda tight at the moment, so I'd like to get a little closer to the next payday before I order it, to make sure we don't run out of $$$ before the next payday!

That is one serious contraption you've got going there, careful it doesn't fall over and break your arm.

Just to confirm, you need a 510 thread pitch die right ?

Yes; the 510 threads on that Achilles have gone slightly haywire, thx to the raggedy threads in that iPV Mini; the threads will still screw in to that one 510/ego adapter under that thread cover, and it will screw into the iPV. Once we do get to payday, I'll going to buy a tap so I can repair the raggedy threads in the iPV.

BTW, I've been wondering, is this a common thing with iPVs? Because I really like that mod a lot, I'd be interested in getting another, but the threads issue is a biggie.

Got a pic of the damaged threads? I would like to see them and possibly offer some help.

No, and I don't want to unscrew it until I get the die to fix it, for fear that I'll never get it to screw back into anything. When I dry-burned and re-wicked yesterday, I didn't even unscrew it then, just used a syringe to rinse the well with water so I didn't have to risk the battery too near running water.
