Well I've had this pair of Kayfun Plus Tobeco clones for about two weeks now. Still happy with them but have noticed their tendency to weep. I say weep rather than leak because juice is being pushed out the air inlet a drop at a time. My clones have no glass window, tank is 5oz of beefy stainless steel. The downside of having such mass is that once they take on a certain temperature, it takes a while for them to change. Whats happening is while in the car tanks get cool/cold then tend to weep/gurgle when brought back inside as they are re-warmed/used. Once acclimated to house temp (which can take some time if very cold), they work perfectly again.

Similar principle if opened for maintenance, filled, then threaded back together. Trapped tank air with tightening develops some positive interior pressure. This tends to push juice into the coil area which then floods and drains out air hole. To minimize this weeping I remove fill screw and re-tighten (equalizes pressure), turn tank upside down to let any pooled juice drain out tip, then take a few vapes (6-12) with device held almost horizontal and with its single air inlet pointed up. This keeps the inlet clear of juice while consuming any excess liquid still in coil chamber. A few more vapes while returning to normal angle and when gurgling fades the tank is good to go.

After much trial and error experimenting with various tanks it's become crystal clear, for me anyway...nothing else looks as good, is as highly customizable, is as easy to build and performs flawlessly without fail. Here's my KF dream team.

Beautiful! Now you need to add a Kayfun Mini V3. :)

For anyone that is using a Provari 2.5;

What is your preferred Wire Guage, Diameter, and Number of Wraps.

I am asking since I am trying 30 Guage, 2.5 MM Diameter, and 5 Wraps for 1.5 Ohm approximately.

I am getting Dry Hits when the Tank is sitting overnight at times. I am not understanding this.

I do Chain Vape but the oddity is after the build there is no problem once I get it going. The problem appears occasionally when the Tank is sitting idle for a duration of time.

Dry hits occur many times because the wick volume is too small. This is contrary to what many say but trust me, too little wick volume will cause dry hits. This is not the only reason but is certainly one of the bigger reasons. Try making your wicks thicker. And be sure your coil is lifted about 1.5 to 2.0 mm above the air hole.

I used 2.0mm, 30 gauge, 8 - 10 wraps on my P2.

Wonderful Advice and Thank You for sharing.

I will also try your Coil size and Wraps.

With KFL-lites and KFV4's w/ Provari's (all models) I use 28g Kanthal, 8 wraps, 2.5mm ID coil for ~1.5Ωs. I wick it real snug, almost tight with rayon. Cut at least 1/2 the tails of the wick and tuck them to just touch the deck. Been working well for me for months and months.

You've just described my coils to a T. Only I use Cotton Bacon instead of Rayon.

if youre looking for an ehpro kayfun lite plus v2 with dual air flow, i dont think you can get any cheaper than 6.99 at fluid vapes...and they seem to have all in stock. just ordered an ss.
I've been enjoying my two authentic KFL+v2 for a couple years now- would like to add a third, but not for $70, so would like to try the EHPro. Can't seem to find a stainless at these killer prices- any suggestions?

Just emailed them (asking when they might have the SS) and they replied that they just added more stock, so I refreshed the page and ordered two for $9.98 each, $12.40 shipping! Weird- my invoice says Priority Mail 2-day $12.40, but my total bill is only $22.38 for two!? Shipping only $2.42?

That shipping is a little steep??? Should have been less than $5...
