I found it on alibaba, but there are 33 pages of what looks like the same item but with slightly different descriptions in broken english lol. I may play around there and emailed the seller contact, but in other news the seller for the "black russians" says he will be getting more in the next couple of days.

For example - this is a description for one of what looks to be a kayfun lite clone "Sex Line Rocket Atomizer vape Cloutank Full Machine Maded"

Okay, what has it been? About 2 weeks?

Love all the back and forth banter.
The ones that pop in just to sat they won't be getting one. Okay, why even post?
The ones that with little to no previous RBA experience, can draw expert conclusions as to quality.
The ones that don't trust the materials they obviously cannot inspect first hand.

First let me say this. The KFL+ Black is my 18th RBA.
Including my AGA-T, RSST and 3 Ithaka's as well as the other lesser RBA's(to me) this is the nicest device in my collection. It simply performs perfectly and is as fine a Tank as I could ask for.

A few notes:

Adjustable center pin - loose and might back off or fall out? No, that is by design. Same as the Ithaka center pin. it can be backed out. You install the tank and the screw makes contact, but allows the tank to continue turning to seat on the mod. Can't fall out, mod is under it.

Air Flow/Whistle - Center shaft alignment? Not hardly. The center slot is to direct incoming air up through the chimney. The area where the slot sits is much larger than the upper and lower bore. Plenty of room for air to flow around and up.
*don't worry, I had the same thought before a full tear down and inspection.

Member complaining of very tight draw:
Maybe it is time to fully strip it down and inspect everything.
The device obviously has a blockage that is NOT a normal design issue. Probably a piece of metal or plastic in the air passage.

Member concern - Adjustable center pin needs to be tight to avoid leaking?
1) Air flow is from the side.
2) Center Shaft sits in seals
Pin is to be set at whatever height is needed for proper contact with mod.

Take some time and get acquainted with your equipment. The more you understand the better your experience will be.

Extra tank
Adjustable center pin
Raised center shaft(did you notice?)
Plenty of extra pieces - seals screws

Yes, the extra 12-18 is worth it.
In Fact as I was typing this, I convinced myself and ordered a second unit.:2cool:
Backups!

Thread Title Reads and discussion is about:

Hi-jacking is Rude at best:facepalm:

and that clone is nowhere near the same thing.
The conversation moved on to the 'black edition Russian', which I own, just in the polished finish instead of satin - I don't see how that's hijacking. The one product is sold out, and people are asking about the other.

I emailed the seller on eBay who sells the 'black edition' KFL+ and asked what the difference is between the one he sells, and the 'silver edition'. He asked for a link, then replied that they've "cloned his creation".

They're both from Tobeco. So basically, in other words, they're the same thing.

With respect you have been the one Steering the thread to your personal preference since your original post:

If these are the ones from vapcigar, I've been quoted $16/unit with the extras included for small orders(like, I asked for exactly one of each of...

Also:
The one product is sold out, and people are asking about the other.
Black Edition Kayfun Lite Plus Russian Style RBA Atomizer with Adjustable 510 | eBay

Supplier backed up their original order with another Large Restock, Is a member of the Vaping community and for many, can/will assist after the sale if there are any issues.:)

Nothing wrong with starting a thread of your own showing you great new find and discussing it in detail. Separation:2cool: helps when people are searching through the mass of information for answers to their questions.

Well I finally got mine working now. But, i don t know if anyone else is having this issue, I seem to be having alot of muted flavor. I have a microcoil with 28g kanthal 10 wraps. It came out to a 1.4-1.5 ohm and been vaping it at 4-4.3 volts. No dry hits, just seems to be muted flavor.

Not going to speculate as to why you need 11-12watts. Everyone has their own sweet spots.

May be a bit to much wick, a touch to little air flow or even something simple like Wick alignment to air passage.

Also, have you tried a more open drip tip? definitely changes the vape a bit.

Well I usually vape most of my juice at 4-4.3 volts for my "sweet spot" any lower and i usually loose almost all throat hit unless im using my dripper.

And i did switch out the drip tip for another more open one and have the airflow screw taken completely out right now.

Just to be clear, I'm just having trouble getting the wick set up right. I don't think the design is inherently flawed nor do I think it's a QC issue. It's just my own particular trouble. Seems like most folks are getting along great with theirs.

How are you guys finding that these wick? zipflint was suggesting that they weren't wicking very well.

People buy clones because they can't afford the original - if an item is available from the manufacturer for one third the price, isn't it worth mentioning?

Now, you're right, the warranty direct from the manufacturer would suck, but is there any difference between my mentioning the supplier vs eBay than say somebody recommending the MVP2 from 101vapes for $38.99 vs. CoV for $65?

As far as the black edition goes, I haven't seen anything as good on any US site. It's a great product with all the little features that make people pick one clone over another. Orings up the wazoo, adjustable center post, adjustable airflow, stainless steel construction, lots of extras - just a couple flaws like shallow channels and poor screw choice. Great product no matter where you buy it. Of the five clones currently in my possession, not one has all the features of this beast.

Haven't had a chance. I'm just home from a truly horrifying kidney stone surgery. I'm in a LOT of pain and can't
really fiddle with small things in my current, medicated state. I'm STILL in a LOT of pain, despite the meds.....
Have you tried using the Navy Nest wick with it?
