The Provape ring (for $8) is the one with the ridges/air channels right? And it sorta doesn't look completely flush but close enough? Whats the other ring that looks ever so slightly tapered? I guess the Kayfun and Provari don't have the exact dimensions? I am highly considering a Provari mini and am getting my Kayfun lite (will get a nano kit as well) tomorrow, I want the look to be flush. I find it ridiculous to spend more than $10 on a small ring though.. some of the rings I saw are over $20 and that seems steep to me.

Guys, sorry if this is off topic but I am getting a Kayfun soon and don't have any tube mods where it would look 'flush' on, so I'm probably going to pick up a Provari, Zmax Mini, or something like that... but my question is, I notice those mods have a tapered rounded looking top near where the battery connection is, does the Kayfun look flush on top of that or is it some kind of beauty ring to make it look that way?

ProVari you need a beauty ring to make it look flush
You can find one here http://abcvaping.myshopify.com/collections/frontpage/products/provari-ring-pro-beauty-ring
I'm not sure about the rest...
But I do have that ring on my ProVari

Guys.. I just got my Kayfun lite (clone) a few days ago. I watched some videos and filled it up... man, I cannot get the machine oil taste out. I tried soaking it in alcohol, vinegar, boiling water... I still taste it. And also.. it's leaking. It's probably because I'm a noob, but I wish I could get it working as nice as all the people who love it. Maybe rebuildables are just not for me... I always feel like I get really harsh throat hit too. I tried using the prebuilt coils as well as making some of my own, tried silica and cotton... still feels harsh. Cotton feels more harsh to me than silica. Guess I should stick with my clearos and cartos?

A guy that works at my local B&M vape shop got a new Kayfun clone last week. He can't get it to stop leaking, and it's a serious leak too. Left unattended, it will drain a full tank in under 5 minutes. I recommend saving up and buying the genuine article. I have 2 KFL+'s and have had 0 issues.

To get rid of the machine oil taste you have to fully break it down, o-rings, screws & insulators and clean it. Why it leaks probably because of bad threads or the chimney o-ring is missing in the top cap. If the kayfun can get air in its going to leak. If it has bad threads you can add a couple of wraps of dental floss under the tank o-ring to make a tighter seal. If it the threads whatever you do it isn't going to last long.

Not all the kayfun clones are bad but a lot are, tobeco, hcigar and ehpro make good ones for the most part. Get one from a place where you can return doesn't work. There are tons of online stores that do this.

I'm from the UK so I can only recommend ones Ive used in the UK.
Tobeco Kayfun Lite Plus Rebuildable Atomiser Clone
Hcigar KAYFUN 3.1
Ehpro Kayfun Lite Plus - Grey Haze ECig Store
All these places have the best customer service.

Ive got 5 kayfun clones atm and non of them are as good as the real one, they vape similar and but the quality is not as good. The real one is worth every penny imo.

Good Luck and don't give up on the kayfun.

If you want a real one then I can recommend SvoeMesto - Cloud 9 Vaping
They also have super good service.
