I have about a dozen of them (styled)
A dozen what?
When I use the spare O rings that came with it ,they don,t work as well
I almost have to use I wrench to putthem back together and fill
Did you lubricate the o-rings with a bit of juice?
The O rings seem to fit, although tight
I dont want to keep trashing them
Thanks Larry
Trashing what exactly?

Trash in the whole Kayfun
Eek. Shouldn’t have to do that just because of a worn gasket. You should be able to get extra gasket sets somewhere.. FT is one place to look. New gaskets will be larger than old gaskets because they’re not worn. That’s normal. You need to lubricate them to keep them from tearing though. Also make sure the gasket channel is clean. If there’s crud in there it will take up space.

If you’re already doing these things there is the option of finding different gaskets. Do you have a micrometer?

Are you having leaking issues? Or just to tight? Like mentioned above, you need to lube them up really good with juice and keep screwing and unscrewing a few times. Then take apart again and relube. Do this a few times, screwing and unscrewing and lubing. Also if the base is slightly bent, where the chimney screws to base, it will rub and bind slightly causing it to not turn freely.

Thanks I’ve tried all that even let them sit for a week to tighten the O-ring so no good but thanks for the advice

Mine are clones
The only clones i ever bought, except the doggy, was a couple kayfun minis i got for my wife and they were aweful. I actually threw them out...my authentic ones are incredibl incredible and my favorite rta. I think if it's definitely an oring issue, the authentic orings should work and might be worth a try

That's why I'm saying not to give up on them and try the authentic orings if all the clone spare orings aren't working. I' think origen vapes carry the replacement orings. Or try but bees lip balm on orings, they lube them nicely.

It's likely that your O rings are of lower quality than the originals. Which is why using some originals may work. It's worth a try anyway certainly more worthwhile than trashing the atty. It seems if you don't find a solution and keep trashing atties, eventually you might have been able to afford an original depending on the number of clones you buy and etc. If you are otherwise happy, I'd say try it. I have only owned Kayfun clones myself, it's hard to shell out that much for a new atomizers.

I will say, based on my experiences with clones, many are serviceable, the occasional comes along that seems to be better than the original, or preferred, etc. However, for the most part when I've owned a clone and then an original, I usually find that the original is better in many ways, design overall, machine tolerances, and usually flavor. I have to say I haven't liked or gotten along with any Kayfun clone well enough to save up for an original, but I do have some fairly expensive original atomizers, and well, it is sometimes worth it and etc.
