Thank you Tom, this does give me a better idea on how to go about putting build into my kennedy. Was screwing around with one of my other rda's that I had bought but never really gain any ground with, did a single coil build on it and had an over lap on the last wrap when centering it. This gave me an idea to try on my Kennedy when it comes time to put something new in.
No problem, this is how I center all of my 3 post atty builds, not just the K24

All these Kennedy 24's make me more depressed while mine is away. Should be back soon though, when it gets back I'm going to order a black/stainless one as well if they're in stock.

I can't believe Tobeco beat Kennedy to the punch with a demon-style cap on their v4 clone.
I thought they only released a new style K22 clone? Anyway, after a bunch of emails with Adam Webster over at Kennedy, either my deck or post has been replaced (for free), even though it was unserialized. That's just great CS. I'm a little confused on why they didn't ask about the unserialized deck though. But anyway, because of that, I ordered myself another K24, stainless with the black cap!

Kennedy down, Went low resistance with out warning on a build which had been working just fine for a few days. Took out the cotton, check connections, squeezed coils together, a little strumming and low resistance. Took it off my ipv3 and onto a sig150, same thing so out came the build and installed a single coil which I knew would read more than enough to fire, low resistance again. This is such a disappointment after spending good money since wanting an authentic and a Kennedy, love this rda but now just a little upset to have something happen so quickly after purchasing it. Have a Sapor which is used everyday, has had many builds put through it and worst to happen is a grub screw go bad. Sent off a message this morning to Kennedy so we will see what happens over the course of this day. Dang this sucks, keep feeling there is something wrong on my end but does not look as if this is the case.

I just got mine back. They didn't just replace my centerpin, they gave me a whole new deck for free. That's some damn good customer service.

Thinking I just might request a stainless center post. Really do love the performance and quality of the Kennedy. Already missing it and has not been mailed out, only use it while home.
Have you emailed them yet? Damn man, mine was an unserialized prerelease unit and they replaced my whole deck with a serialized deck. I've had mine since September, I initially thought they wouldn't do anything about it because there was no SN or any markings on the bottom.

No questions asked about the deck on their end, they replaced the entire unit (I can tell it's the same cap, there's a mark on it where I scratched it a little bit) with this:

Out of curiosity why go with a stainless post & pin over copper?

Is that a limitless mod?
