I've been using cartos and a tank as my out and about setup and it has been working well. No leaks, no flooding, no problems. How well would a KFL+ work in the same situation? Can I put it in my pocket or throw it in a backpack and not have leaking or flooding issues?

I'm not concerned with having to fiddle with things to get just the right build for me, what I'm getting at is that once it's setup that it won't give me headaches if I miss treat it a bit.

It is more than capable of doing what you are looking for. Its been my EDV since I got it. I keep it in my office bag and have never had any leaking issues. For me it was pretty much set it and vape it.
