LOLLL being in Canada I'm prolly the last to get it. The only issue I see is it's first gen so could be issues....maybe a bad intake manifold  I figure I've really not bought anything new- still using my Don from 1 yr ago and Kgo from 8 months ago so I figured I deserve a treat.

I'll be interested to hear what you think of it.
I'm waiting for the reviews before I get one.

Thanks - but if I get 4 and only use 2 - will the other 2 keep as new for a year? Or do they die even is not used?
After sitting for a year they may need recharging, but should be just fine. They don't die sitting in a drawer unused so it's fine to store them for a riany day.

Yes, you deserve a treat!
I'll be very interested to hear what you think mostly because after reading all of your helpful posts these past months I've come to value your opinion.

Good Evening all.

Do you think these new SLB batteries will push a LR DualCoil ( 1.25-1.5ohm) carto above 3.7-4.0volts, without protection of some sort kicking in and regualting the voltage or cutting the power? Even on passthrough, this would be awesome.

I know the new EgO C Twists wont push them.. :(
My VV MV box wont push them without the Trustfire 14500 circuits shutting down.

Peace

I doubt it and I wouldn't count on it. I think a 2.8 - 3.2 ohm SINGLE coil carto/clearo/atty would work best with this new VV KGO.

I agree. They don't give the output current specs but I doubt it would have that kind of power.
With the ability to go up to 6v I really don't see a need for a super low resistance device for these. In fact I prefer to use mid resistance devices (like you suggested) as each 0.1v increment will be able to fine tune the vape better than it would with a LR device.

It might be too long for me.
The 650mah Twist is 98mm = 3.85"
The 650mah KGO VV is 114mm = 4.5"

That extra length might just size it out of my pocket's comfort range.

Here's the manufacturer's site... Electronic cigarettes|Electronic cigarette manufacturer|SLB E-cigarette|Sailebao Technology
4.5" is getting a bit long for pocket carry. Remember, this measurement does not include the carto, atty/cartridge or clearo. The E-Power 14650 I use is 3.9" and packs 1050 mAh.

With the Smok Tech 1.8 ml XL carto and drip tip, the E-Power 14650 measures 6.5", which fits into my Levi's front pocket easily.

A few? OMG - what am I missing? I have a KGO 1100mah - another post talked abt the KGO VV coming out - was thinking of getting one - but a few - please explain why more than 1? This is not a joke post - really want to know. DO bats have an exp date if you will.....say I buy 3 and use 1 - the other 2 will stay good for a couple of years before I start using em?

Don't count on any battery lasting for several years . And I said a few , because I like to have different type setups at the ready . I already have at least a dozen or so PV's . I already have a few of the twists , why not check out the Kgo VV's ??? Look at my avatar , and signiture . And those don't include all the Ego's , etc.

I wouldn't worry about going over 4 volts with less than 1.5 ohms.

Remember, that's the net resistance. Each coil in the dual coil set up is 3.0 ohms.

But it's a good question I'm also wondering.

Presently, I have a dual coil tank on a 5v pass through with overall
resistance of 2.5 ohms (5 ohms each coil). It vapes fine and cool, but
the power on each coil is below the sweet spot.

My PT is limited by a 2.2 amp source. Dropping to lower resistance
decreases overall power (and voltage) due to current limitations.

So I'm wondering if having a KGO VV battery hooked up to the power
supply while vaping would help provide the amperage necessary to
increase voltage/current with the 2.5 ohm setup, or to power a dual
coil in the 1.5 to 2.0 range at 5 volts.

I just don't know enough about the inner workings of the "PT" batteries.

Does the input power help supply current during operation?

People posting a 650mah can keep a "heavy vaper" for 5 hours? That depends on how much you chain and that's w/out an LCD. If that's true, I'm a super, massive heavy vaper cause I can chain out 650mah like it's nothing... The 1 hour=100mah is not for heavy vapers... I could put out a 380mah 808d in less than an hour.

Depending on the voltage I vape at I'm expecting anywhere from 4.5- 6 hrs. Will prolly enjoy it around 4.5+.
