man it's really bugging me that people are selling their kicks in the classifieds for twice as much as they paid for them they're taunting me because there is no way in hell I'm going to pay that for something I can pick up for 45 bucks in another week or so

Exactly. :glare:

My erasure is working great. THe Kick doesn't move at all. I get a solid, consistent hit every time. I carry my GRand out and about. I can pop the erasure out easily if I have to clean the Grand or change wattage. With what I'm vaping I just leave it at 8.5 watts and vape away. So far, so good. Besides the Grand, I think the Kick is the best money I've spent on vaping.

What resistance atty/carto are you using and what kind of battery life are you getting? I've asked this question a couple different places and no one will share with me. *sniff*

I am using joye 1.5 306s only because thats what I had in stock in my vape inventory. Next time I order I'll probably order some sr 306s. I've also used Resurectors 1.7s but my main vape is the 306s.

I'm using new IMR AW 18500s. I am geting about 8-9 hours per battery. THe amount of juice I get through a battery is about 2- 2.5 ml. I find myself vaping about 5 ml per day. After the Kick shuts down a battery it reads 3.5 volts. I am running 8.5 watts. I am changing batteries less than I used to do with the 18650s.

I know many people will love their VV Reos because of the consistency of vape they will have and the flexibility of using different attys and having the ability to easily dial in the amount of heat they favor. These artibutes are also available with the Kick. I enjoy my Kick so I am sure the VV will be very nice and it will have the added advantage of easy accessibility of the voltage adjustment, longer battery life and more heat than the Kick can provide if desired.

THe advantage of the Kick in a Grand is a one battery system instead of two, the ability to take the Kick out and clean the Grand in water, and you can insert an 18650 if the Kick dies.

I would die to have one of the VV Reos Rob is working on now but funds are lacking sorely so I Kick it. Such is life. :)

I just kicked my 18650 REO woodville with a wire. I tried it with my grand and the problem was the wire wasn't thick enough. I found some thicker wire and it works great.

Soldered? I'm still thinking I want to give copper foil a try. I got some time. Still no Kicks at my house. :p

Nope just stuck it in the spring in the kick and the spring in the woodville and twisted. It's on the bottle side so there is plenty of room. It has been working strong for 2 days now. Been using it with the 2.5 IKENvape SS cannon with some Virgin Vapor Kona Cream ECO Pure. Got the Kick turned up to about 8.5 - 9watts. It meters out at 4.7-8v

I used coffee to get out the smell of the Boba's bounty, so it was a logical choice. Tastes like a rich chocolate, without all the calories. Really coats the mouth. But it better be awesome, that stuff isn't cheap and is a treat. I think I am about to try my hand and DYIing some Rootbeer.
