I do, the way I do it is we have a separate router with openVPN for the fire boxes, Nvidia shield, and my htpc/steam box. The regular router functions as normal.Android. Want to watch SportsDevil on Amazon Fire Stick.

Sorry. Didnt make it clear. Most of my recording is from CBS shows (NCIS, Blue Bloods). Sometimes I'm not home when the new episode plays so the DVR has been set up to record those shows and I can watch them later. With kodi you'll get netflix and hulu shows. So the question would be... why would you want to record anyway? They're always there.
That's true on Kodi but not Netflix or other subscription addons. On Kodi you can find just about anything no matter what year it came out there will usually be some stream that still has it. Plus recording on Kodi is illegal. With kodi you'll get netflix and hulu shows. So the question would be... why would you want to record anyway? They're always there.
Yep and every season ever made also.Probably the most popular things on kodi would be network shows like ncis or whatever. They're there.
So it must work the same way because with roku you buy the box and buy subscriptions to netflix etc.Kodi is a free program you can install on your computer or you can buy a kodi box for your tv.
