Yesterday was my second day using it at 5v, and it's still going strong. I had one issue using it on my GLV2 where it started to taste burned. I put it on my Buzz, and the burned taste went away. I put it back on the GLV2, and the burned taste was back. This tells me I need to clean the connector on my GLV2. Crisis averted! 
I also used it on my Little Chuck at 3.7v, and it worked pretty good. Obviously not the great vapor I was getting at 5v, but more along the line of what the original KR808D-1 cartos used to give before they came out with the premiums and turbos and whatever else there is now.
I haven't tried 6v yet. That will be coming soon. I figure that after a week, I will give it the ultimate test, which means I'll rip the sucker apart and look for burned spots. It'll be interesting to see what the high voltage will do to the innards.

Im on day 2 at 5v,just topped off and its working great.I tried it on an xlong 808 manual and it worked fine,just not as good as 5v.

First off, love the black tops on these.
I filled using the condom method and the spin, got a total of 62 large drops in.
I will start on the 3.7 Kr808 battery and move up from there.

6 hours of HEAVY vaping and I am just now topping off, nice vapor even for a 3.7v.
Will move on to one of my 5v in a bit.

Its amazing how long a refill lasts.I do have a hot spot 1/2 way up the carto.The center tube must have been crooked.Its still working great though.I like these alot.

Other than changing batts every few hours (still using my xl Kr808's) I am getting hours of uninterupted vaping.
I just pop off the drip tip and add a few drops every 4 hours or so to keep the flavor fresh.
I have not moved up to the 5v yet, I am still enjoying them on the xl 808's.
I did however try it on my Wetbox (juice feeder) and it worked well on it also, kinda nice knowing that you have 2ml in the carto and 3ml in the bottle of the Wetbox, all you would need to carry with you is another batt for the entire day.
I have not had any burn taste, hot spots or funky taste from these yet.

When you get some in, I want to try them with a KR808D-1 XL battery. That's gotta' be long!
LOL, that is what I am using it with right now, it looks like something Audrey Hepburn used in the Movie "Breakfast at Tiffany's"

Just put it on 5V (stompbox)....wow...nice!!!
No burn taste, lots of vapor!

Side note: went out last night and needed a longer batt life but did not want to carry a mod, so I used a 510/901 adaptor and popped the Beta Carto on my eGo, worked great!

It works well on my eGo, too. Not a ton of vapor, but pretty much the same as a standard KR battery.
Hopefully the pony express will be here Monday, I have some catching up to do. My intentions are as follows using RY4 ((delicate bouquet (no masking)):
- Standard batt;
- eGo;
- 3.7V P18/Chameleon;
- 5V box mod;
- 6V Chameleon Tenregys & LifePO4s;
- 7.4V Chameleon.
