Lavatube threads

Morning,

I was changing the battery in my lavatube last night and the tube seized about halfway open. I can only turn the tube about a 1/4 of an inch either way and the sucker wont budge. I took some noalox and a Qtip and tried spreading as much as I can on the exposed threads to try and get it moving with no luck. Any other suggestions on how to get this unstuck?

Sounds like the tread stripped or was cross threaded. WD 40 cures a lot of problems you want to give it a try, but just put a little on and let it sit.
