What they don't get, they REFUSE to get, is that the status quo is already dead, just from the millions who've already switched and have no intention of being cowed by this stupid regulation.
Sadly, it seems to me that most of the millions who've switched are currently oblivious to what's coming. So while they may not have any intention of being cowed, they have no plan to prevent it either.

Don't worry we'll still be able to buy it in vape shops.

It might cost a bit more but that's life.

They wouldn't dare ban it, there's too many of us.

Hey the black market will just take over. I get mine from my buddy John anyway.

Just scaremongering, nothing's really going to happen.

Even if they try it will be years before anything happens.

There's money to be had if you get away with it.
vaping finally made it onto the radar of the ambulance chasers.
Means we're not niche anymore - we're mainstream now.
Lawyers don't give a hoot about vaping per se, they'd jump onto any other new technology as well if there's a 'margin' in it.

Greed.

What else is new ?

So Mr advocate, take a number and line up behind BT, BP, BG and the rest of the parasites.

But if you want a tip - go after the Chantix makers ... they've got deeper pockets :D

Betting these lawsuits are making product liability insurance companies nervous. If they won't cover a certain type of product, stores won't sell it.
Yes indeed.

The battery incidents have me a little worried from the cost of insurance angle.
But if people start suing for health issues, things will only get uglier.
