Did you not understand?

Oh, no, believe me I understand!

I asked in the comments for a candy-cane stripped XL Auto with a purple LED and Dilithium battery pack and some 30.33mg cartos, but I wanted the Smilin Methol with a gray sticker color and 2.5ml capacity. They didn't listen to me at all and just sent me 36mg @ 1ml cartos with the green sticker, and a white XL Auto with a green LED and the typical LiIon battery instead of Dilithium. So I'm not gonna order again.

See - I've always kinda thought that if the option isn't selectable, the a request in comments is a "try your best" response. If there's a drop-down or multi-select, I expect it to be met. If it's a comment, well, I take that at face value too.

Not just for V4L - any order.

I'm sorry you didn't get your blue skinny, I don't like the green LED either but not quite as vehemently as you seem to dislike it. Mine only get used long enough for my chrome xl with the blue LED takes to charge! It would be great in the future if the batteries could be sorted also by LED color so we can pick and choose but I'll still be sticking with V4L until that happens, too many other great things about it!

Perhaps you could talk to the newest team member Rocks82 (val) and see if she can help you out.

Honestly, I don't really get why people are bothered by the color of the LEDs.

The truth is (for me): Whatever color my LED is...makes no real difference (though I do think that red or orange is too close to the color of an analog). If I have a batt that is charged and working, that's the most important thing. BUT...if I had the option to choose my LED color, I probably would...LOL...

I agree, orange/red looks a bit too much like an analog and I probably wouldn't use one in public.

And it would be totally awesome if we could choose our LED colors, because I think everyone has a preference. But since there isn't an option yet, I'm not going to expect them to put all their other orders aside to spend 20 minutes on my order just to root around to find a blue LED instead of a green one, it just seems a bit silly to me. The V4L crew is getting a ton of orders these days and I'm going to do whatever I can to make their life easier.
