The use of the fan seems like a excellent idea. I have used thr same method with my air conditioner that sits in my window and the cold super dry air works great and is super fast.
About three monthes ago the following event occured still dont know if this was the actions of being a noob or a bunk cartomizer??? I opened a fresh blank cart filled it with e liquid hooked it up to my power cig 5 volts and got a horrible burt taste. So i filled it with more e liquid thinking i must not have filled it up enough.
Well i still got that burt taste, i now know once you burn a cart you cannot get that burt taste out anyways this is not the end of the story. I then opened a new blank cartomizer and figured i was determined to not let this happen again. So i filled the new carto up let sit for 5 minutes then i double filled it again totally saturating it. I then hooked it up to my 5 volt power cig. Insead of the usual sizzle pop crackle i got a very loud POP POP. It was shooting out sizzling balls os e liquid and nailed me good as i tryed to get a drag. Once wasnt good enough i didnt learn my lesson i pushed the button and tryed to get another drag POP POP i got nailed again. I had tured my ecig into a weapon!! No serious injuries though and have not had a problem for 3 monthes and am a happy vaporer.

So there I was with a new ego and a Boge 2ohm cart that I just refilled. I thought to myself, "this coil heats up pretty nice, I wonder if its hot enough for me to see it glow?" In my curious mood, I looked down the cartomizer and hit the button... Burning hot juice is what met my eye. After my eye went numb, I decided to move along and proceeded driving home, unfortunately I also had a burnt out tail light so I was pulled over. I had to explain to the officer what stupidity had just occurred, and that I was not in fact stoned... I guess the universe wanted to make sure and just reinforce that lesson.

Kissowa - thanks for this thread. It's hilarious:laugh:

Bought one mod after another before realizing a mod doesn't make bad juice taste better. Equipment is easy. Juice is the challenge.

If you blow some juice through one of your atties into a tissue a few times then drip 2 drops of juice in it, vape and see how that goes. A good 5-minute vape session and you should be cooking again. I rinse attys in hot water before bed, blow them out real good and they're ready in the morning. Sometimes it takes a couple of days to break them in. If taste or vapor is off, take off the atty, blow it out, add 2 drops and start again. It's easy to get frustrated. You'll get the hang of it shortly and be vaping happy. Good luck :)

carpedebass, good advice, I will have to try it when it is time to clean my atty...
I too am new to vaping and have chosen a quit day to lay completely off the analogs. If things keep going as well as they are my 7 days will be cut done to less... Hopefully by reading this forum I will be able to avoid the same mistakes as everyone has posted here... nah, probably not :)

I'll keep this in mind next time around, thank you!
