Nimbus (clone) is kickin' big time with stock coil setup, I can't wait to see how much better it is after a rebuild and a second air intake hole. A 3rd AGAT+ also came today, pyrex/quartz tube included. IGO-W pre-order is on the way...

I'd like to see a test of the newer EH 2250mah IMR's. They are rated at 10 amps and according to them, are made by Panasonic.

I haven't heard of most of the stuff y'all are buying! I feel like such a vaping infant. Although my dripping attys and Vivis are making vapor and satisfying me. I still haven't ever recoiled my Phoenix. Maybe tomorrow.

Re wrapped the coil in the Richman this morning. Got it running at 1.3 ohm

Ekowool is a high quality braided silica sleeving from Russia, very similar to Nextel silica (XS) and silica/ceramic (XC). Like its American-made counterpart, it was developed as thermal insulation for electric cable. It is hollow sleeving (except for the 1.5mm, which has a strand core) and is very heat tolerant. It is softer to the touch than common silica and doesn't shed fibers when handled. Great in RDAs. I would simply say it is super-high quality braided silica and leave it at that. I use it in my drippers, the Terminator and my Kayfun. It would be wasteful to use it to rebuild clearo attys. For rebuilding Kanger heads, I still use common twisted silica. It doesn't work great as a "diaper" for ss cable genesis wicks, as it tends to un-braid very easily. For diapers, I use XS sleeving. It is superior when it comes to wicking ability, though. The dimension specifications for Ekowool refer to its inner diameter. It is available in 1mm, 1.5mm(strand core), 2mm, and 3mm inner diameter sizes. I will be placing my stock of 1mm Ekowool up in the classies very soon, so keep an eye out. The stuff is super expensive on the vendor sites.

For my Vmod, Vapage has their own wrapper from Spark ind. "VP 18650 2200mAh IMR safe.
In the VAMO's I have Panasonic CGR18650CH and Samsung ICR18650. I use the Panasonic in the Vmod as well.
For my Odyssey, Totally Wicked has their own wrap from TrueFire 14500 Li-ion 900mAh; I also got some Efest IMR 14500 Li-mn 700MAh
Gonna need some BUMPS from my posse in the AGA-T/IGO-L sale.

You know I wasn't too impressed with the IgoL. Doesn't fit right on my provari or the zmax. It is easy to rebuild but I find its posts are kind of awkward in relation to the air hole. I.e. I tend to have trouble getting the air hole exactly where I want it. I've been more impressed with the viscous ants rda's. The cyclone and the hornet. They are pricier but worth it imho.

I'm right there with you RJ and Becky. I just read as much of this as I can to get familiar with it all because I am sure some day I will give it a try and as G.I. Joe taught me 30 years ago, Knowing is Half the battle! GO JOE!
Funny thing is as a child I always pulled for the bad guys (still do now LOL). The bad guys always look cooler and you don't have to worry about petty rules. Matter of fact part of my facebook name is Skelator LOL
