Those are nice. I like the brass nemmy but it just seems like it gets dirty so damn quick

That's what I don't want either. I'm glad I asked the question (and you answered). Just confirms I should go with the SS. I had that dirty/smudgy look with chrome plated mods when those were the thing. It always bothered me.

It bothers the crap out of me. I'm using the noxon metal polish on it about every other day lol. And that stuff smells horrible

They are amazing. Better flavor than a genny, just as good of throat hit and vapor and no leaking.

Had mine 2-1/2 months now and it still has not leaked a single molecule. And yes, it is significantly better than a Genny. I sold my Genny right away. The classies were (may still be) flooded with Gennys.

I just sold both of my cobras the other week and my noble 1 hybrid. No use for a genny any more

I let my brass mods tarnish. They look so nice with an even dull patina. I haven't washed the outside of my brass for two months. They look amazing. If you aren't willing to polish your mods on a weekly basis and don't like how fast it tarnishes, I would recommend staying away from brass entirely. Not worth the worry and the constant care. Keep in mind that by frequently polishing a soft metal like brass, any visible engravings will eventually fade away. This happened to my brass Nem and I had to send it back to Greece to have it re-engraved. Since then, I have resolved to keep my brass mods thoroughly patina'd. It's been a (brass) monkey off my back. :2c:

Please read my blog. Order some 99% alcohol today.

Bathing your ProVari in alcohol is NOT a maintenance item. That is an emergency repair method for very specific circumstances only. Don't do the bath Chak.

Just do the stuff in my blog, but do it with 99% alcohol, please.

Tapped out

Sorry, my use of the word bathing was inappropriate - I should have been more specific.

I knew that submerging the Provari in water or alcohol was for emergency only.

EDIT: I did read your blog also, Edd. Twice as a matter of fact.

You all made me look up in my oldest Provari with a flashlight and it is spotless with the threads and positive connection in great shape. It is over a year old and has been with me all over the west in the tank bag of my bike.

Got a new wood stove today so am breaking it in with a nice fire and some Four Roses bourbon. Nice and cozy evening. Oh, Sludge in the Kayfun Lite+ and Gandalf in the Magoo for some clouds. Have a great evening all!

It's why I sold my Brass and SS GGTS. I was spending more time cleaning it vs vaping it.
