DF "feels" as much as it "tastes". That becomes even more evident in an rba.
Yeah I do know thats why I want a few more so I don't have to wait until the tanks empty .
Yep, gather up all your other gear and toss it in the bone box.
Way to go Dreamer! That Dragon's Fire really lights up in a Kayfun. try moving the coil a little closer to the airhole and see what it does for you. Do you have an air control on that thing? I get plenty of throat hit w/18mg on my KFL. How'd you string your ekowool through the coil?
The EASIEST way to compress those coils is to use a small culinary torch (if you have one) or one of those small, light duty butane torches.... Even one of those 'wind proof' butane lighters (basically a mini torch). I just squeeze the coil with some needle nose pliers and blast the thing until it's bright and just keep the heat on it for a few seconds. Let it cool.... PRESTO!
Makes for extremely durable coils....
still waiting for my KFC... ...?!? heh.... No worries... I'm happy vaping what I got... In fact, I am probably going to snag another K100 and throw a kicked 18500 in it for the KFC. Set it at 11 or 12w then forget about it.
It's that damned Singapore post that has you screwed up Leo , I won't order from Fastech again until I see they went back to using Hong Kong post again .
Dreamer, in the event you don't have a calculator handy, use this online one to determine your watts. I prefer about 6.5 watts with DF. I'm considered a cool vaper but you figure out what you like. Try the spectrum, say from 5.5 - 9.0 watts to see what fancies you.

General like I said why let them keep your money for something that don't work right , I really like mine , in fact I sold my Vamo to Bunnykiller for his wife to use and I plan on getting another for backup , but if it malfunctions I won't hesitate to send it back , what gets me is the balls of some of the stateside vendors charging 70 -80 dollars for it with no warranty at all .retic, SlowTech finally got back to me. They were apologetic about my SVD malfunctioning and said they would gladly let me exchange it (postage paid) if that's what I wanted to do. Don't know of any alternative. But anyway, I wrote back and said yes I wanted to exchange and please provide instructions. Haven't heard back yet but at least I got it logged. So I figger I should get this process over with by 2015 or 2016.![]()
It definitely does light up in a kayfun , I'm getting nuances of flavors that I never got before , I can finally taste the tobacco in DF now before the KFC the white wine taste overpowered everything else but the sweetness .

V/R = A V X A= W or V X (V/R) = W ohhh look I just did algie bra
I would expect as much , there's only two other vendors besides HHV that I am interested in one is Ahlusion's and Naturally Extracted tobacco .com and possibly GEJ in the future I think they are pretty safe bets with their NET's , ask Bunnykiller about his fiasco with pink spot that he got from a BM , although I've tried more HHV 's than he has I pretty much knew what to expect ordering different juices from them guess I ain't the adventurous type when it comes to juice vendors .Sadly the same is also true for juices that are not as good..they just taste worse!! The only thing that told me is, I need more BEER!!

I still think a laser is the way to go especially since the amperage on batteries keeps going up .Boy I just came up with an Idea.... Butane powered units.. A hollow coil that allows a butane flame to flow thru it to heat up the wick no batteries, no chargers, just a push of a button on the Piezo igniter and FLAME ON!!!!![]()

I also have a bunch of RBA drippers for the reason you mention. They are very simple and easy to change out the wick or dry burn or whatever. I use Phoenix RBA's. Very simple devices. Easy to build. Great flavor, TH, and vapor. Holds 12 - 15 drops. Ask 100 people the best dripping RBA and you will get 100 different answers. This is what works for me for the juices I don't vape all day.

dreamreaper welcome to the zooSeriously congrats on your first micro coil and I'm sure they will just get better with time.

Yeah I remember that I worked for mosquito control for a couple of summers driving a spray truck you set the gph in the cab crank it up and instant fog , for some reason stupid ... kids on bicycles liked riding behind the truck while fogging I cut the flow first couple of times they did it but after that it was their problem as well as their parents , They probably have all kinds of complications from that now though .Lets Talk Hardware... Why I like my RSST. Its versatile, its a genny, its a dripper, its got a tank, it doesnt gurgle, its got variable airflow ( just turn the hole in another direction). Multitude of coil options, multitude of wicking choices ( still think the sea sponge would work) you dont have to empty the tank to rewick/recoil. It works on an Ego or a mech. (hell it even works on my Bench Power Supply for my Electronic use, makes mechs look like an Ego at low voltage with an Evod tank) (( this is a 1 hit only situation really ruff on the throat and lungs reminded me of the 1960's when the "Mosquito man came thru the neighborhood" ( when they used diesel in the mix Retic, do you remember that??)
definately need some kind of out of focus lensing system people fuss too much about hot legs, hot this, hot that, imagine 1W IR LD finely focused to .002" dia on silica now thats a hot spot!!
Yup I heard they're good about returns ya just gotta wait on the slowass postal system though .I don't let people get away with it either. I just get lazy chasing after them. I saw they had a long warranty period so I wasn't in a hurry. And it wasn't like I had to have it. I have other PVs here. I got the SVD primarily as a back up. But you are 100% correct...it's the principal of the thing. And to this point, SlowTech appears to be honoring their policy.
