Please no more fancy cheap links till after Christmas, I just ordered 3 of them. :D
:toast:

LOL!!! Those little Phoenix are simple but highly effective. Try going with sterile (or organic) cotton ball for wicks Dreamer. If you want to change flavors or if the wick gets gunked up, just rinse, remove the wick, dry burn, put in another hunk of cotton. Takes only a few minutes. Use your favorite microcoil setup like you do in your kayfun. The vape quality is on par with the KF...just a much smaller capacity. :)

Yeah I remember that I worked for mosquito control for a couple of summers driving a spray truck you set the gph in the cab crank it up and instant fog , for some reason stupid ... kids on bicycles liked riding behind the truck while fogging I cut the flow first couple of times they did it but after that it was their problem as well as their parents , They probably have all kinds of complications from that now though .

They probably got 3-1/2 arms and offspring that looks like amphibians. :)

I've got a Diver and Grail sitting in my vape box just waiting for me to take the time to set it up and drip away...I've never been good at dripping so not really sure why I have it:D But I also have a couple of juices that I like, but not well enough to tank. Perhaps over the holidays or during a blizzard I'll get it figured out.

LOL They probably do . I'd call the supervisor on the radio and He'd send the sheriff out but the brats would be long gone , I did a lot of stupid dangerous things when I was a kid but breathing insecticide wasn't one of them .

Yeah it's so true....I love to try all of the toys... I will say it again though, my KFLs are the easiest setup I've used out of all my toys. I have to confess I did get another new toy this week...the MicroStick...it's awesome, so small. I have a GP Spheroid to use with it and also ordered the MiniGen which I probably won't have time to set up until next week. This will be perfect for traveling... I seriously hope that next week I have time to get my vape gear organized. In the last few months I've just been shoving stuff in the cupboard and not really sure what all I've got. I also want to make sure to get all of the 'extra' pieces clearly marked for each item before I forget what they go with.

I absolutely love my 2 little Phoenixes. One modded for the Reo, one on a 350 ego. Its definitely a great rda for micro-coil/single strand Peaches and Cream yarn builds.

Im considering natural Sea Sponge wrapped in 400 SS mesh ;)
Is that even a joke? I can't tell anymore in vaping who's kidding or not.

After hearing about Stainless Steel cable and/or mesh, bamboo, hemp, yarn, spun glass (silica), etc, etc… I wouldn't be surprised if Sea Sponge or animal fur was the next big thing. Crap, come to think about it, they've already done the fur! (Wool)

    I am a believer!!!!!

    WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The coil build wasn't hard at all, I just took my time and slowly went at it. It came out a little higher than what your getting Bronze, but I am in the neighborhood. I got 2.3ohm, I might have had one extra wrap, as I had 10/11 for wraps. It heated very even from the center out once I got it all tight, and it took minimal effort to get it that way. I however cut my wick to 1" instead of 23mm, couldn't find my metric rule and 1" is super close (a little big) so I went with it. Wet the wicks with a few drops of Dragon's Fire, assembled everything, filled it up and WOW what a first hit!!!

I may have to drop my nic level!!! I have only taken a few hits so far and I got a nic buzz going and I am only using 18mg, I normally use 24mg.

I am not getting much throat hit with it, but I did leave the coil what I thought was a little high as I was a little hesitant to go to low on the first build. If I understand it right, the close it is to the air-hole the more throat hit?
I just cant get over the taste, I am in amazement.

Thanks everyone for all the help and tips, and just plain talking about it in general, because without you guys this would not have happened!!!

I really wanted to put Legend or Huntsman in it, but I already have half a Aspire tank full of each of them, and didnt want 2 of the same going. You dont know how hard it was NOT doing it.

I know exactly what you mean about getting more, I am only 1hr into it and already planning on getting more, I was thinking a 3.1 clone and a real Kayfun Lite Plus, plus a couple drippers.

I still have not got any Heavenly Army, Heavenly Tobacco, or Caramel Apple Tobacco, all 3 I really want to try.

    Gotcha! bwahahahaha…. ;)

Finally got my Trident clone last week or so... (ordered on 10/27 if you believe it).... Nice little bit of kit. It took a bit of effort to get it apart the first time... the o-rings were HUGE and made for a really tight fit. Even on the drip it, which I couldn't even get back on... I replaced it with one of the SS Mings I picked up a few months back.

Nice and easy build. The cap screws make for coil capture ease. I set it up as a single coil (1.6 10 wrap 28 @ 5/64ths) and dialed in the airflow for the largest of the holes... 2mm I believe and let her rip. Very nice vape. It's airy, which I've grown to prefer... but there is a bunch of different choices for ports, so it would suit anyone's tastes. My only question is that the ports for a dual coil setup look a wee-bit too small for my liking.... but I'll worry about that if I ever go dual.

The chamber is suprisingly small... especially compared to the Chimbus and IGO-L... If I overfill, I've actually gotten a drop or two in my mouth on a couple of occasions (Cinful Apple is extremely sweet and not very 'e-juice' tasting). And with such a large vent and a relatively shallow drip well, it'll leak a bit if you overfill. But overall, its a great little RDA that fits well on my Vamo.

I'm still anxiously waiting on my KFC.... seems to the best of both worlds; flavor of an RDA, but with the ease, capacity and 'closed' design of a tank system like a Nova or Protank (but without the gurgling).

Why so long? Where did you get it from? Oh, let me guess...SlowTech. :)
