Alright, I'm rewicked with 3mm silica and a 5 wrap 2.5ohm 32 guage coil. I've loaded it up with HA and will let you know tomorrow how it works out. It's on my "going to work" Provari right now. Carrying a backup DCT with HA in it just in case it does not satisfy through the day. ;)

Off to bed now. Have to be up in under 5 hours. G'night army!

RA = Registered Air. Don't know much more beyond that except it appears to be the cheaper method of shipping. wish someone would come behind me and straighten this out for us.

I'm not into Kanger products anymore. The T0, T2, and T3's are all just too quirky for me. I also have M3's and they are actually nice. best Kanger product I have used. Just too small for my liking.

Don't know much about others, but I have a choice of First Class International, or Priority International. Hibiscuits is going to let us know for sure when it goes live, which should be any time now, maybe or maybe tomorrow. Far as I know, she's still waiting for word from her China Gal. I think when this coop comes to fruit the ECF is gonna get flooded with ProTank reviews, raves and rants. :p

I've done similar before. Going to give it a try right now on the current version that I have. Thanks for posting, Bronze!

BTW, that tutorial is not my idea. It's an old idea that I slightly modified for the Vivi. Don't want anyone to think I'm some sort of scientist. But then I doubt I did. :D

Wow, just realized I don't have any vape mail coming in this month. hmm maybe I can start breaking even on what I used to spend on analogs.

Gonna try another coil for the AGA t+ tonight after Momma Chak hits the sack. Wondering whether to go mesh or silica?????? or one of each?

Tried unoxidised wicks yet? If not, give it a go. Roll wick, wrap coil, then pulse your device until you have an even coil, might take a few minutes, but it works like magic. :)

Can anything be done to increase air-flow? It's drawing kinda stiff right now. Started vaping it in the car on the ride to drop Chloe to school, and she said, "Wow Daddy, that smells just like chocolate!" There's Chloe's feedback for HA. :)

Well, here I sit with my first RBA -- a Hornet for the REO. Double gulp. Sure wish I were the tinkerer type. Anyone have an especially clear, well done youtube tutorial on hand?

Don't mean to scare ya, but you don't want to have a short on the Reo without having spare springs on hand. Got any other devices you can build/test on?

Once in awhile I'll get a Nova that is really tight like that. First, look to see how many air holes you have. There should be two small air holes on opposite sides of the connector (just above the threads). If that is what you have, get a 1/16" drill bit and bore out one of the holes being careful not to go too deep. That should do it. I've had Nova's with no air holes and it didn't draw at all. Chloe is right...all those HHV juices smell like chocolate. :)

1/16" = 1.5875mm. I wouldn't go any larger.

So anyone that has trouble rolling SS wicks or keeps getting dry hits off their gennys, this is the answer.

It is .094 SS cable with just a small piece of SS mesh around the top that you wrap the coil around. This is the best wicking I have ever seen and is stupid simple to do. It is impossible to get a dry hit no matter what angle you hold your atty.

Have to give credit to my buddy mrdee3 on this one.

Thanks for that tip, Dusty. I've got a couple Vamos that I'll test it on. Right now, the Hornet's just staring at me incredulously. And I think my Cisco attys' feelings are hurt:unsure:...

How does that not create shorts? It's metal against metal after all right?!

That's the point of the oxidized ss around the top. You wrap the coil. around the mesh and there is no shorts

So, would also assume that the wick is not touching the bottom of the tank and the sides of the wick hole then?

Doesn't matter. It is no different than using ss mesh except you are using cable instead of the mesh. Saves you from having to roll the mesh. And it wicks much better
