OK.... I tried to find some o-rings for my injured Nimbus clone... no luck. I am guessing they use 1/32 rings... the thinest I could find at HD was 1/16.. too thick for the cap to slide over them. So I just grabbed some teflon tape and wrapped myself a little rope and tied it around the rda on the grove. No leaking, but the cap is a wee bit too loose for my liking, I can pull it off with the drip tip. Oh well, it was dirt cheap.
I'll just add more tape until I get it to start acting like a seal I guess. At least the top o-ring is in tact.
I did drill out 2 of the 4 holes to 1/16... MAN, those things were tiny. Dual coils need airflow... two pinholes wasn't cutting it. And I wish they would have placed them a little higher on the cap though to give a little more clearance from the lip of the well.
I wraped two 1/16 10 wrap micros, came out to 0.7 ohms... so I'll be pushing 12w-9w.. exactly where I wanted it. With the micros and the increased air flow, it puts out an incredible vape....a loose draw (that I have really grown accustomed to) very dense vapor, lots of flavor, nice throat hit. Being dual coils, it is a bit on the thirsty side.
Legend's quite happy in its new home.
