Damn, and I thought I was finished buying stuff ( once my SVD and KFC arrive) Looks like an Aqua is my next tank...

Never Happen....

Mamaw gave me $200 for Christmas, so I just dumped that and $100 more. VV Grand (my second) Black Wrinkle/ Purple Door. Add eight new 18350 Batteries (new sets for both VV Grand) and of course a new charger. Even a sweet little black/purple Cherry Tip.

Well I ordered two of the Loki Provari Rings....I got tired of looking at all of the different sites, some in stock some not so just pulled the trigger. I love my mechanical mods but just don't really trust them out and about. I'm probably one of the few people that actually turns off the Pro Vari when I put it in my bag when out and about...but that with a KFL and no leaks..no worries. (Yes I'm still trying to justify the bronze mini even though I have the money for it)

I got the Variable Volt (VV) Grand. $20 more than a Grand, it includes a VV Chip from NotCigs (BuzzPro) that ranges 3.5 to 5.5, 15 Watt max output, over current and over temperature protection. It adjusts as batteries as used to give continuous output until it reaches minimum cut-off, then just stops. Sweet little Mod, plus built within a milled, single block of aluminum for REOS durability.

I don't like the mechs out and about either. I insist on locking them out when not in use and I'm too lazy to keep locking it out. Let us know if you pull the trigger on that Provari. It is pretty.

Probably not the logical way to think about it, but I think I want the Grand over the VV Grand because of the button placement. If the button on the VV Grand was on top like the Grand I would probably be looking that route.

I'll confirm but you know I've drooled over them since they came out, so I'll probably go for it. I work hard, yes I have a lot of toys, but I use them and take care of them. In regards to the other items you really can't beat the cost of kanthal wire and cotton yarn for a year (or maybe 2 with what I have in stock). Hubby has carried the tree box and ornament boxes upstairs...so think that is a sign than I should get the tree down tonight:laugh:

Yep, I'd say he's seen enough of the tree. If they didn't start celebrating Xmas in August he'd probably have a little more patience to keep the thing out till after New Years. :)

I think you did my search work for me. I'm going to order one tonight also.

Well tree and decorations put away. Bronze he must have been ready as he pulled the tree out to block the tv/football game:laugh: Sadly I agree with you and often feel the same...the retail stores brining Christmas out before Halloween does set me back a little as well.
Bridget..seriously I think it's the best bang for our buck...in stock easy to get so we'll be rockin the Loki's together:laugh: The tight wad side of me came out for a minute..but heck I blow $20 at the bowling alley on a Wed night..this will last me forever.

I got the black Loki ring, even tho Dusty told me to get the stainless. Gotta be different/difficult. :)

Two reasons I had suggested the stainless:
1) The black one is delrin and not metal
2) From what I've seen, it does not sit all the way down and leaves a ring of the Provari's top cap showing at its base.

But, the decision was yours and you made your choice. A black ring is better than no ring. :)
