Hello everyone. Tuesday afternoon a 1400 mile run fell into my lap, so off I went. Just got home and found a paypal request from REOSmods. Gotta pay, it's my VV Grand ! Getting closer to my dream PV.....

I'm slightly embarassed to post my "hardware" compared to everyone's vaping contraptions that look as if they were a Sharper Image item lol... I'm a simple man and am content with my Vapor9 AmpXL 650mah and my dear little Nebula that I take with me to work. Yeah, I like batteries that will fit in my pocket, some of you guys' equipment looks as if you need a special carrying case to tote it around town.

Saturday will be one week of steady vaping with no dip. (I wasn't a smoker previously). I tried vaping in December but gave it up...something about hunting and dip complete eachother. I'm done for good this time...thanks to Huntsman and Sludge. I need to up my nicotine though, the 8 and 10mg isn't cutting it...I chain vape with such low numbers. I ordered Sludge 15mg Monday and will see how it works out.Nothing wrong with your set up. My batteries fit in my pocket but I get a lot of stares when I my silver bullet. Dunno how long you been vaping but I started with a very similar set up. What ever works for you and keeps you off the cigs is a win win.

I emailed Stormy and she's sending me a ceramic piece and assembly that aren't jammed together for exchange of mine. What do you do about the long positive pin? On an adjustable connector like the EA or GG it's not a problem, but on the Vamo or similar vv devices it leaves quite a gap. Is there a fix or workaround?

My original setup was a second-hand Janty starter kit, with 6 extra attys and 3 bottles of e-juice for $50 from a friend. Now I carry a REOSmini, which is made to be a durable pocket-sized PV, and a Twist/T3 on a lanyard. If and when I do ever get a VV Grand it won't leave the house. What you have is great, no need to apologize. Anything is better than Tobacco !

It's fully adustable -- you should be able to just bring down the adjusting ring around the rebuildable part (so it sits a little higher in the base) to move the pin upward. I haven't really had any issues getting mine to sit flush with anything I put it on -- I just made sure the bottom of the pin sits at the same level as the bottom of the 510 connector.
I want to use the Terminator in medium mode (without the plastic tank) but Stormy's doesn't sell a shorter mouthpiece. I've read that the Ody mouthpiece fits the threading. Rampage Vapor sells a medium mouthpiece. Do you know if it will work? I like the Term-C but it's huge with both tanks. I wouldn't mind a single tank height like a standard Ody.

The Vamos are awesome. I see a few more in my near future.
Quite impressed with this VAMO. It's a rather robust piece of equipment, has a perfectly clear LED readout, all kinds of fancy settings (I'm finding I'm staying in VW mode), and delivers a nice vape time after time. Ida has been neglected lately so it gives you an idea as to how nicely this VAMO is performing. It has easily exceeded all my expectations. Now, for the durability of it.....
Since I modded mine, I haven't put it down. That's saying a lot since I've been using the EA and gennys exclusively for the past month. Now I'm on a Vamo/RBA dripper fix. I also named my chopped Vamo. Her name is Wilhelmina, or "Bess" for short.
OK Techno-geniuses, this old man wants some advice. On Batteries. My REOS VV Grand is on the way, it takes two AW IMR 18350 batteries. There's a link from REOSMods to RTD Vapor for batteries and chargers, but thier charger requires 'spacers' for the 18350 batts. I've been told by a friend the red AW batteries are better, but I would like a charger that can handle both the 14500 batts for my mini and the 18350 for the incoming Mod, preferably without 'spacers'. (penny rolls ?) Any good ideas anyone ?

Nice, Smitighe ! I got impatient and ordered from RTD, then saw your post (duh-huh). While I had to get spacers, I got a five bay charger for about $32. Hopefully it'll keep up with a mini and a Grand !
P.S. If anyone is interested Rob said he is going to build more wood mods, he just took the pictures of the VV Woodvils down because they've been out of stock.
