Despite how intimidating it might look on the various videos, the learning curve for rolling a mesh wick is less than that of wrapping a coil. I wrapped a bunch of coils before I got really consistent, but my first mesh wick, and the next two after for that matter (I'm only on my third at this point), worked just fine. And it takes all of 5 minutes too. That said, I see no problem if someone wants to spend 60 cents a month not to have to fool with it (assuming the pre-rolled wicks work as well as one you can make yourself).

Same with Vivi Nova heads. Is the (maybe) $5 a month I save rebuilding my own a big deal? The heads I rebuild tend to work better (they do NOW, they didn't originally) than a factory head, which is why I continue to do it. The money itself is pretty insignificant either way.

That summarizes it. The cost is nothing. If they work it's a no brainer to me. The Nova heads, on the other hand, can be improved and are worth doing on that level alone. Certainly the cost is not an issue there either.

So I picked up a pro tank at a local vape store and I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised. I was skeptical of coarse because all my other BC devices fell they the cracks. And to top it off I loaded it with some white lie and it's been dreamy. Haha dreamy.

I will also say that my new favorite set up is a Reo grand with a 1.5ohm HH. Loaded with dark horse I am tasting this juice for the first time the way I wanna taste it. Good stuff right there

I went from my first pro tank about a week or so ago to having 4 already. I think I may have finally found a clearo good enough to replace my carto tanks

Cool, more good reviews of the ProTank. Can't wait to try them - our CoOp should be moving them out any time now since Hibiscuits' getting the manufacturers butts in line after a change in the order after it was paid for. Watch out for dem Texas gals! She opened a can o' whoop-:censored: on them boys!!!

Yay for that, again, Schnarph! I, on the other hand, just managed to get juice inside my twist and my Vamo :p. Had them inside a big ziplock freezer bag with a full iclear30 :)facepalm::facepalm:) that emptied itself on them. They're kaput, and I am stooopid. Anyone ever heard of a doused PV being salvaged?

I would say find out how to take em apart and clean em good. Or try doing what they do with cell phones when they get wet. Throw em in a bowl of rice. What harm could it cause?

I'm not sure about the twist but I would try putting some alcohol in the bank and swirling it around. Let it dry completely and try it out.

Lol yeah don't mess with Hibi. But for realz the protank has been pretty great for the day I have used it. But from what people are telling me they are keeping up on the performance side. All I ask for.

Yeah, looks like the T3 and MT3 are going the way of the Evod and ProTank as far as atty heads are concerned. Prolly the best move they've made with them. From now on the T3 = T3S, the MT3 = MT3S and they will have the same type atty as the Evod, which is very similar to the ProTank's head too. We won't need to buy the base every time you change the head.

I even have to send my REO back to Rob for the REO fix-all spa that I've read about (due to criminal negligence of upkeep...NOALOX, people!). Robin is not queen spaz 'round these parts, I'm afraid:oops:.

Yup, not to beat a dead horse, but it really does make all the difference for a REO that's not quite working up to par. You can also just hop over to the REO sub-forum; you'll see what to do in the stickies. My aunt is little overboard with the upkeep of her Grand, but she swears that my slothful vape does not compare to her pristine one, and I hate to admit she does have a point. Cool to see the overlap of my two (non-musical) forum nooks:2cool:.

It pays to keep devices clean especially mech. I realize that now and prefer an absolutely clean reo even if i don't use and most of the time question why i bothered :p
