Anybody know of anyone who owns one of these? Mukey VAMO

I don't plan on buying one, just wondering... (Looks kind of cute, but couldn't put the Big Buddha on it that cap is in the way.)

I take the lack of response as my response. I thought maybe someone here might know someone who owned one. :D

BTW - Nice review, Bronze! If I'm ever in the mood for another dripper, I'll know which I can one to look for.

My Big Bud is from Ehpro and the machining is real good and yes, the dripper sucks! Wobbles like a Weeble.

I suspect there are several reasons for a lack of response... It's going to be the same specs as the Vamo v5 from which it is derived. The question would be then one of build quality and "Mukey" isn't a manufactorer that at least I've heard of myself... so you don't know if it's constructed well or just junk.

The Veritas has that raised deck that covers half the circumference. So about half the area under the drip tip has that raised deck sitting just below the drip tip. Not sure how much this helps with spitting. BTW, you can drip from the top or from the back (through the air hole).
It's not spitting on the Magma , it's condensation buildup making it's way through the airflow after you vape it for awhile , there's no direct path on the Magma or the Veritas either for juice to be spit out , the simple solution is to blow through the driptip occasionally to clear it and wipe with a tissue , it usually takes a refill or two before it gets to that point though .

I think that's what I was trying to get at, rdsok, just worded my post poorly. I bought a mod like this a while back and wasn't too pleased with the workmanship. I won't mention who it was, as I believe he's a member on the forum and at the time he was under a lot of pressure getting mods out on time. (It was a rush job, no doubt.) The original design was also from a ECF member, if I recall rightly.

I was wondering why you never talked about that one.. now I know. ;)

Shame it did not work out. Looked like it was beautiful work.

I do wanna know how the Veritas performs with duals , I'm gonna want a out and about RDA to go with that other Stingray and it sounds like the Veritas is front runner for that , have you figured out the juice capacity yet Bronze ?

retic, it has to be a good milliliter or more. I'll measure it more precisely on my next build. And I'm guessing all of these direct air flow RDA's perform very similar across the build spectrum. I'm thinking it is the "other" features that would attract or detract depending on the person. I like something that doesn't leak so I'm drawn to the Veritas. Some people think building vertical coils is a PITA and wouldn't like it (though I find building a dual coil a cinch on this thing). Some people wont like the three post design and prefer a four post like the Viking or Plume Veil, or a two post like the Magma. Who knows what all people like and don't like and for what reasons. I gave up trying to figure it out a long time ago.

Finally the Stingray X is completely sorted out , got a small o-ring from the hardware store underneath the negative contact and it ain't budging now , the switch is smooth as silk after the polish and lube job and I've got it topped with the Heron clone with a 1 ohm build in it , dropping from 1.6 to 1 flat made a big difference in the Heron , it's ALIVE now and putting out an excellent vape .

No this is my Hcigar Stingray X from Vape Royalty , Calve sent me a genuine copper Stingray that got dropped and needs sorting out , BK doesn't like Stingray's but he might change his mind when he gets to try my X .
