I just watched Busardo's Erlk vid he did at the end of July. He wasn't particularly enamored with it. Gave it a thumbs up on vape quality but kinda hammered it alot on useability features and price. They are freaking expensive. Ridiculously expensive unless their pricing has changed recently. Haven't followed the Erlk since shortly after Q started his thread.

The Erlkonigin is EUR 107 and the ErlPrinz is EUR 33.. after the VAT is taken off. For a 3rd of the price, the Prinz incorporates some of the better features, and is a beautifully made SS topper. The fasttech clone was $20 in comparison. I like the SS on the Prinz. Goes better with what I have and use, and I also bought the Nano tank, because I intend to use it on my pipes with the higher VG juices I have. The air-flow on this thing via the 2mm air intake is phenomenal.

I'd wait to see if they are made available in the U.S, just to get away from the ridiculous shipping, although who would carry them, I don't know. VapeRev perhaps?!

That's the same size as the air intake on the Rose , it definitely has better flow than the Kayfuns , I'm pretty much getting an RDA like vape from it , are you going to play with the build on the Prinz ?

Not just yet. Loaded up a tankful of DF in it. Once that's done, I'll start tweaking. I need to get that nano tank on .. and then start testing some of the 100%VG HHV juices as well as the 60/40 River Bottom Fog Sauce juices in it. I've got the air-flow pretty much dialed down and it's still a heck of a lot airier than a KFL. One could easily lung hit this thing if opened up.

That makes sense if you're concerned about weight but I have a feeling that the same people that are drooling over the Erl will be doing the same thing when the new Kayfun comes out . :)

That's a nice weight difference. I remember thinking I liked the heft of the Kayfun when I first got it. It wasn't that cheap tinny crap. Things have changed! I have no idea what the new Kayfun is like. No one knows. No one is talking. And can Svoemesto rip off two game changers in a row? Comparing the Erlkonigan with the KFL is not really a fair comparison though. The KFL has been released for more than a year and a half, closer to two. The Erlk has been what...6 months? So many companies have copied the concepts and designs of the KFL since (including the Erlk). That was a true game changer. Wonder if they have another one. I doubt it. How many sequels were better than the original? Not many.

Next projected purchase.. new version of the KFL. :)

    Grrrrrrrrr!

I think the new KFL will correct all the things that have been missing with the current one. Air-flow, juice control, multi coil and easy filling. They pretty much have to incorporate those features for it to be a knock out!!

Can they do it? I think so.. ;)

I'm just wondering if they have anything that would be considered a breakthrough.

I will say if I'm going to spend big money on another atty in the future would strongly consider doing it with Svomesto...in regards to ease of use, durability and just enjoyable vape, my original KFL's have been worth every penny. The ERL clone was ordered just to try with the Istick...due to the lighter weight think it will make a good match. If it's no good...I've spent more than $20 on a bad meal more than once in my life:D

Sounds crazy, but I feel a certain obligation to wait for the new Kayfun. The originals made such a big impression that I feel I owe it to SM to see what they come up with for an encore. They deserve it. I just hope it's not a disappointment.

BTW, if y'all recall, the biggest complaint with the original KFL was that it leaked out of the fill screw. People were using o-rings and teflon tape to keep them from leaking (then they added an o-ring on the KFL Plus). I'm happy to report mine never leaked from the fill screw and still doesn't leak there and it is the original screw. Guess I got lucky.

This is weird. I haven't been able to get onto the REOs web site for over 6 months using this URL reosmods.com
I keep getting an error message that Safari cannot find the server. Are they blocking access their product to peeps in Thailand?

Have you tried a different browser?
