I apologize in advance if this is not the correct thread in which to post this question, but does anyone know if Zen's IONIZER drip-tip performs a specific function other than just being a standard drip-tip with an interesting design? I am wondering if it is supposed to condense the vapor or some other

Just for looks, although the longer the driptip, the more your vapor will cool.

I have to give hug props to HOH, I had to send mine in after I killed the board on it. I had always paid attention to my batteries but I dropped one in upside down and as soon as I screwed the bottom cap on it cooked the board. I sent it in on a Thursday night and had it back on the following Wednesday. I really missed that unit while it was gone, I had it for three months and had not really used anything else in that time.

.......it. My zna30 still auto restarts every time I press on the fire button. Using a brand new AW IMR 18650, 1.4 ohms, 18 watts. Does anyone have any idea why?

It's fine and stable at around 14 watts, but once I get to 18 watts and above it does that. Doesn't make sense since at 18 watts it's only drawing 3.7 A, which is well within the battery's discharge

I thought I had read somewhere, in the DNA 30 pdf file about that. Cant really remember what it meant. Mine does this sometimes also, usually just have to unscrew and rescrew atomizer at im good to go, sometimes I need to adjust and lower the voltage for it to stop though.

If your ever in Utah stop in at the Layton electronicstixs store. They had three when I stopped in and got mine :0. I wouldnt be suprised if the Idaho store is the same either. Probably a closer driver for you than Utah.

Love that the ZNA is sold at electronicstixs who happen to be in my crappy state of Utah.

Man I ain't checked in here in a while. Mine had the autofire problem. Sent it to Mike and it's been flawless since. I got mine pretty early on, No. 345 (I love that serial number). My only gripe was of course the 510 connector. But with the new 2.2 parts for the 510, it's perfect. I use it everyday.

ZNA Lite w/ Graphite Aluminum 18490 and 18650 tube. I like it so much it made me sell of about half my other mods lol. It solved the reg ZNA's 2 biggest problems (for me at least). Weight and not being able to fire 18490's under 3.6-3.7 volts. I never realized it until I looked it up but aluminum is almost conductive as brass. I have no problem firing down to 3.4 v on 18490's now. Even if you don't want to get a new Z, upgrade your tube to graphite aluminum for weight and better conductivity.
