Looking for suggestions on good batteries for the Zna that will work , I have some AW 18490's that I'm using right now and at anything above 13 watts with a 1.5 ohm micro coil I get like maybe 20 min hard vaping and the battery tested when the ZNA is telling me it's low measures at around 3.70 volts . I want a 18650 tube and was wondering if the Orbtronic batteries will work in this ?

Can you vape well at 20+ watts with a standard ~2 ohm coil, or are you pretty much required to build sub-ohm coils to get the most out of these devices?
Huh, okay. I was thinking it might be too much wattage for your typical, pre-built coil (that's what I'll be using if I ever do buy a 20/30watt device). Dry hits and such.2.0 ohm vertical coil with hemp fiber at 18watts and its rocking. I dont see the need for sub ohm with something that can push 30watts. The bigger your coil the more surface area your wicking material can cover and therefor more vape. IMO anyway...but i am sure others will tell you different.
That's weird I drip at home and vape kinda hard at 17 watts and I get way more than 20 min. Are you using old or new aw's? Also just for asking sake did you get them from a reputable vendor?
Just got mine in the mail today. Nothing special on it just a igo-L. No problems other than the gap between top cap and addy. View attachment 312687View attachment 312689View attachment 312688
Im just going to go to hardware store and get an identical brass screw and file it down. Should be no problem. Ill keep ya guys posted how it goes.
Did you try backing out the hex screw on the bottom of the removeable 510 cap? That was enough for the gap i had.
Yea and that did work but I though it might wear on that plate or spring. IDK maybe i'm being to cautious, any wear n tear on yours from unscrewing it a little?
I asked Zen/Mike this exact question. He said its fine, go ahead and back out the screw. Worst that can happen is you start to have a gap below the 510 ring if you adjust it too far.
