I dont mean to offend you, but the statement you just made is half false and potentially dangerous. For every person that scrolls past your post, there's another that stops, reads and says "OMG?!! FOR REAL". You and those people concern me and I am compelled to say something. Not as a personal attack, but just because it's the responsible thing to do.
YES it is easy to pass a virus orally...namely the Cold virus and Herpes Simplex(coldsore virus)
but HIV...extremely low to NO RISK. Here is a quote directly from Avert.org, a well know HIV/AIDS Charity/education website
"Blood in the mouth carries an even lower risk. The lining of the mouth is very protective, so the only way HIV could enter the bloodstream would be if the person had a cut, open sore or area of inflammation somewhere in their mouth or throat (if the blood was swallowed). Even then, the person would have to get a fairly significant quantity of fresh blood (i.e. an amount that can be clearly seen or tasted) directly into the region of the cut or sore for there to be a risk. HIV is diluted by saliva and easily killed by stomach acid once the blood is swallowed."
I don't know about you, but if someone was orally bleeding enough for me to see it, I'd hand them a tissue instead of my PV. Other than that an alcohol pad or rubber cap will do.
and one more thing,
HIV(Human immunodeficiency Virus) is whats' transmitted
AIDS(Acquired Immune deficiency Syndrome) is caused by HIV...you don't
catch AIDS. AIDS is a weakened state that your immune system goes into after being exposed to HIV.
