Hi mate,
Who's Bav cream are you using?
What recipe are you making?

With bav cream (tpa or FA) I get more "body" and fullness than if I use a "straight" cream.

TPA sweet cream and TPA whipped cream are both lighter creams but with a bit of sweet underneath that cuts the acidity/milkyness/sour notes. They lack the mouth filling sensation of a Bav cream , imo and I'll tend to compensate with some VBIC or Van swirl (TPA).

I've been experimenting with Vanillin lately and it seems to have a bit of a fullness that makes my DIY taste (mouth feel) more like "retail" liquid. YMMV.

I'm using TFA Bav Cream V2. Yes, I think it has to much "body", as you said.

So, when you want to move away from the bulky creams, you go to TFA Sweet Cream or TFA Whipped Cream, BUT, they have a touch of sweetness. If I understand correctly.

The recipe is a dual fruit. Creams tend to help fruits, but I don't want the "fullness" nor really the excessive sweetness of a cream.

I am working to a light twin fruit with a touch of Koolada.
