Anyone else having issues w their juices leaking in their shipments? I had 1/3-1/2 a smiling special leak out a few weeks ago. Last week the same thing happened w a peppermint wowboy. Now today, my new order with pepp wowboy only has about 1/2 the bottle left. The other stuff I ordered is a wet sticky smelly mess. Makes me very sad. :-( maybe I just have horrible luck.

I don't think that you are the first to experience this, Brandi. I'm sure that if you contacted V4L customer service that they would help you on this. Sorry that you're having such luck. Sadly, the USPS is not always so careful with packages of any sort.

Oh no! I haven't had any problems with leaking juice, but you should def. open a ticket and let them know. Sounds like your post office is a bit rough on your packages. : (

I have had this issue as well, just not to the extent that you have . Mine was very minor, and only twice.

Maybe your mail man is sneaking some vapes. Fills up his bottles pour a few drops all over the other stuff to make you think it's a spill. It's a conspiracy I tell you.

Actually my last order had a leaking bottle. Cherry cordial 11mg. It was the round bottle not the genie bottle. . Lost about 3-4 ml.

Defintely let V4L know about this. Sounds like it is a packaging problem on their end. I have ordered juice from several vendors for the last 6 months and never had a leak. Those bottles, if pkgd correctly should be able to take a little bit of rough handling.

I had the same problem with cherry cordial this order. I have lost 4 bottles and 3 carts in my *MANY* orders from V4L, so it isn't that much as far as losses go But, I did contact Tim and he immediately replaced the faulty items WTG, V4L Take our advice, anytime something is wrong...let them know

It is definitely the rough handling during shipment.....not necessarily your particular post office, but during transit. I have not had the issue (knock on wood) as of yet with V4L, but I have with a few other vendors with flavorings...and it is always the childproof bottles. A nice solution to the mess would be for V4L to put the bottles in a plastic bag...at least then it keeps all the bottles together and if any leakage, it is only on the bottles not anything else that may be in the package

Thanks all, I wasn't going to worry about it, but I sent them a ticket based on the advice, in case it helps or there is something going on. It's not a huge deal to me, things happen, and I am sure it's a rough trip for those poor bottles.

I def think the bottles should be shipped in separate sandwich baggies.

No doubt the baggie would be for the best...but it's another step in the shipment process and I don't know if they are set-up for that. I think they factor in a certain amount of loss due to shipping and that keeps our shipping costs down. It's all good since they replace it and we are happy vapers

Or at least the caps shrink wrapped or all rolled in bubble wrap...Maybe?? Just a suggestion.
