FDA may make a concerted effort to issue customs alerts as new products reach market in beginning before they get swamped in legal issues and compliance applications but doubt they would be able to keep it up for long.

The real complaints will come from USA B&Ms struggling to stay in business complaining to eliminate competition.

The FDA and ATF seem unusually determined to eliminate vaping products. From what I've read there could be selective enforcement, meaning when the consumer gets caught, say when vaping in your car and what's being used doesn't have a mark, stamp or is unusual enough that it's obviously not approved.

I think the main way they'd have to control the situation is to make imports illegal, it is already since direct imports makes a person a distributor, and they enlist paypal +cc's to block payment. Sure there's ways around it but not for the average person. No more group buys, that's for sure.

I just looked at the timeline at not blowing smoke and the period between aug->dec is mushy. It looks possible manufacturers may have until dec, which could be why kanger has made their clrba so well known right now. I'm just guessing.

The Arymi looks non-vw to me, more like the tesla Stealth I think, the Juppi seems pretty decent, except I also have my doubts about the firebutton placement, but keeping my eye on it...nice finds!!
