The Wismec Presa has a "a revolutionary firing switch design"..."The firing button is on the device is very unique and is almost the length of the mod. The design allows to fire the mod comfortably in any way it is held."

Presa 40 Watt Variable Wattage Mod by Wismec Joyetech

Whereas...the OLA X Hero appears to have a run-of-the-mill fire button on one side of the mod that just happens to look like the Presa.

OLA X Hero 30w Mod - Copper (Golden)

Am I seeing this correctly???

Freak show? Presa? Ola? Oh, my... Too many itty bitty mods.

I've been waiting for the updated (upgraded) subox with adjustable pin, but it's clearly not happening.

Cool Fire 4 looks pretty. I need to buy something soon. I haven't bought a new battery in like 3 months or so... :D

Hello, y'all!

Carry on!

Happy vapeversary, Andria! Which design have you chosen? Color? Congratulations! :toast:

Thanks! A lot of the credit goes to everyone at ECF!!! :thumb:

I know it'll be 1) red; 2) have the "stardust" (sparkly) finish. The design itself is custom, and this is what they've sent, though Jennifer said she would send some other ideas today to see which I like best:

I'm so excited! :D  :D

So...OLA X Hero 30w...Cloupor Mini...iStick-30W...(your choice of toppers)...which one would you stick in your pocket when you're headed out the door for a couple hours???

Either the iStick30... or my own choice, a CoolFire IV. Though the iStick is a lot lighter and smaller, so it might actually be better to stick in a pocket. My iStick + the titanium Achilles probably weighs about the same as a vv3 + T3S that I started with.

Toss-up between the Cloupor and the OLA for me. Easier to carry a small battery box with spares, just in case... Or if I don't want to bother with spare 18650, easy to pop in a fresh one before leaving, and not have to worry.

Vapor Beast's Deal of the Day is the Kamry 30W V2 (code YEAHBABY => $26.97)

Anybody with any experience with it?

Does it have buck/step-down?

What would be a safe battery to use with it?

PVS & Mods | Kamry 30W V2 Box Mod | VaporBeast

I haven't heard much about it Good or Bad. But the Limited reviews for it on FT seem Good.

$32.37 Kamry 30W V2 VW VV Variable Wattage / Voltage APV Box Mod - 7-30W / 1.4-8V / silver at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

I would like to see what it looks like with a 22mm Tank on it. The 510 looks "Close to the Edge". But it is hard to tell.

The reason I'm looking at the Kamry 30W V2 (in addition to it being only $26.97) is that when added to my "Ranked by Volume" list...it is the 3rd smallest...(with only the fixed battery iStick-30W and $100 SBODY being smaller)

Yeah... What caught my eye on that Kamry 30W was that it had a Removable Battery. The Cloupor Mini has one also, but there have been Issues with it. Not sure how Comfortable I would be having one?

Yeah...and...I could never convince myself that I'd get used to that 1 second delay from Sleep => Fire...

The initial release of the Cloupor Mini had some problems, yes. They were addressed quickly, and the newer ones - well, mine anyway! :) - works like a champ. And not sure if it's a second or less, but I've not had any problems vaping from it's "sleep" condition.

Well...in checking out the GB site...the Kamry 30W V2 may be larger than listed on the Kamry site...

"The actual dimensions of this item is 82 x 44 x 21mm, the specifications on the webpage has been updated."

Also...a reviewer has a picture of it next to an iStick-30W and the Kamry looks considerably wider.

And (on the Black color page) a reviewer says: "There are two things that bother me. First, it's a real heavyweight; second, it's the widest mod I currently own and it just doesn't fit or feel as well in my hand. Based on build quality, performance, and price, I can't say I regret the purchase - but, I have several other mods I prefer at this point."

So...back to the Cloupor Mini.

I can get one at GB for $26.90 (code AUG15GB ) with free shipping...

What would be a safe 18650 to use in it???
