That's 4.3 watts. That's really, really low. You like it that low? It's almost at the lowest workable wattage for appropriate vaporization of eliquid. I consider myself a low-wattage vaper, but I need at least 6-6.5 watts (per single coil). Interesting.
Yes, I like it that low, especially for unflavored, becuase I taste less VG and wick. And the other resaons I stated. But there is a smoother quality when I vape lower nic level at around 7 watts, I'll admit that.

So then what I need is an rda that can handle very low wattage and single coil.

You don't need an RDA--unless you WANT a rebuildable. There are plenty of single coil atties that can be enjoyed at low(er) wattages. Eleaf makes 1.2Ω vertical single coils; so do Kanger and Aspire.

If you really need a rebuildable, look for a Kayfun or similar rebuildable tank (RTA). That would probably be your best bet. Most rebuildable drippers (RDA) probably won't give great results that low.

At really low wattage, you want something with a very small chamber and very little airflow.

BOOM!

Oops, I meant RBA, but I wouldn't mind getting an RDA, also. Yes I want a rebuildable for protection from FDA.

Also, while my old ego stuff works great on both the Provari and the Pico, they are taller and thinner than what would be ideal on them.

Many replaceable coils are rebuildable. Our friend @Cheechako has a fantastic tutorial on rebuilding GS Air coils. Ego One (or Mega) tank is very good with Joyetech CLR coils which are the easiest ones to rebuild. For your style of vaping I recommend 1.8Ω CLR coils.

I guess I'm getting confused between RBA and RTA. I now understand RDA. If there aren't any good RDA's for low wattage then I'll focus on other rebuildables.

"BOOM!" is good, I take it.

RBA stands for rebuildable atomizer. RDA is rebuildable dripping atty, RTA is rebuildable tank atty.

So an RBA might not come with a tank and an RTA is an RDA paired with a tank? I know I could look this stuff up, but this is a more enjoyable way to learn.

Almost. I think many RDA users would be offended if you called an RTA an RDA paired with a tank. ;) Dripping is an art form in and of itself. An RTA (what you want) in an atomizer and a tank (like a clearomizer) equipped with a building deck. You build your own coils and you wick them yourself. Like a Kayfun.

Yikes. I meant RBA paired with a tank.

The 'Burgh, PA.
Or...the Joyetech eGo AIO...

Even (much) smaller size...1500 mAh...$14-$15...

I saw one at a local vape shop last night. Does it use an external battery? I might want to get one, if it does.

External Battery...No...the battery (like the tank) is enclosed (included).

But...the AIO (with the included tank) is smaller than many of the eGo batteries (without a tank) that you listed...

You might consider another tank that has a higher resistance coil:

The 19mm is the 'shorty'. 2.5ml
GS Air 2 Atomizer (16.5/19mm)
GS Air 2 19mm - Eleaf Tanks - Eleaf - Tanks & Coils

Hey Kent...had a couple GS-Tanks (Bottom-Fill) in my Rotation...but back-drawerd them after getting my first (Top-Fill) Cubis.

[I've decided my life is too short to waste time filling Bottom-Fill tanks.]

However, since I have a number of 5-packs of GS Air coils...I checked your links on the GS Air 2.

Nothing is mentioned but...by any chance...is the GS Air 2 Top-Fill???

..

No. Lemo 2 and the Melo 2 and 3 (maybe even 1) but no GS as far as I know. I'll check out the Cubis. I've done so well with the GS Air M, I haven't moved....lol. I was considering the 'black' GS Air 2 because I have so many Kbox mini/topboxes :- ) ....but they hold less juice - 2.3/2.5ml vs 4ml on the Air M. If they made a black top fill M - I'd be on it. lol

Hi everyone. I currently have an iStick 50W. I am loving the battery life on it, and think its size is reasonable. I have two questions I was hoping to get some help with:

1. Is there anything smaller with the same or comparable battery life?

2. Is there anything that is of similar size but more battery life?

My thanks in advance!

That would look real nice, but it says "GS Air Coils are for the Eleaf GS Air Tank, intended to be used from 8 - 20 Watts".

If you have one, and have a 1.5 coil, would you be willing to test how well it behaves at 5 watts and at 6 watts? No hurry. My priority is something rebuildable.
Probably already answered...but I just came on ECf and saw this.
I routinely vape my GS Air 1.5 coils at 6 watts. I've even gone lower, on occasion. No problems. I never vape over 8 watts...and 8 watts would be very very seldom (if my ohms have dropped really low, 1.4 or under, or so.)

Just off hand, the 50W is an internal batt and something that is comparable in size - less wide but a bit more deep is the Joyetech VT:

eVic-VT Full Kit - Joyetech

And the upgrade VTwo:

eVic VTwo - Joyetech

Both are rated at 5000mAh.

If you go to replaceable batts - not a bad idea considering the deeming - many options. In the Joyetech line the VTwo mini:

Joyetech eVic-VTC mini with 75w Mod | eVic VTC with Temperature Control Mods

... and my personal favorite (because of the rounded edges like the istick 50 but narrower) the Kanger Kbox mini topbox:

Kanger KBOX Mini 75W TC $29.95 - Kangertech - Mods

Again, many other choices in this little box mod group now.

Thanks! I might buy one, after I've gotten a couple of rebuildables. I don't mind the bottom fill much.

The istick Pico is a tiny little 18650 mod. Of course, being an 18650 mod, battery life is going to depend on what battery you use.

Most 18650 batteries have a somewhat limited capacity, 1500-3000mah compared to the Istick 50w 4400mah battery.

However, they're also easy to swap and can be charged externally. Most external chargers charge batteries much faster than on board chargers. With a battery in the Pico and a spare battery, I have a total of 6000mah capacity on hand.

If you carry spares, though, do so safely, and protect them from short circuiting. Any metallic object coming in contact with loose batteries could cause short, which is bad. I use silicone sleeves on mine, but have also used a wrap of electrical tape to cover the terminals.

BOOM!
