The Board of Health does not broadcast their meetings, but e-cig vendor Carl from Refind Vapor will be streaming video through his phone. During a hearing 2 weeks ago, 26 vapers spoke in opposition to the ban, one of the largest in history.

CASAA founder Thad Marney drove in from Oregon to speak at this meeting.

The meeting started at 6 PM Eastern / 3 PM Pacific (about 10 minutes ago).

The Board of Health has a few preliminary items on their agenda to get to, and then Carl will start the broadcast below.

I'm biased because I'm on CASAA's Board, but Thad did a great job with his speech.

After him came an anti who has spoken in favor of the bill before. "Nicotine is not funny!" was the highlight of his speech full of BS.

Final tally: 17 total speakers, with 16 vehemently against the regulation.

It appears they will vote for the ban, which is a revised version of an all-out ban. This ban would allow e-cigs to be used in non-public places, public places that don't allow minors, and e-cigarette stores.
