i got one of these last Friday. i really really like it. as already mentioned, it's an rda sitting on a reservoir. this thing really kicks the vapor and flavor. i'm really enjoying it. the build quality, ease of build, leak free design, and overall looks are top notch. i cut my wicks to the top of the glass and have no problems staying saturated. this is probably my favorite atty at the moment. i didn't think anything would top the Boreas and Moonshot that i've been using.

Hhhmmm... I still like my Boreas for tank purposes, which this isn't, quite. But yes, it's a fine piece of gear, definitely. I have been vaping it nearly exclusively for about two weeks. It rocks, and there's an end on't. :)

don't get me wrong, i still love my Boreas and Moonshot. i just find this atty a little less finicky than the Boreas and Moonshot. i think the flavor is probably a hair better on the Boreas and Moonshot, but other things like easier filling, easier building, not having to wipe off juicy airholes all the time (boreas) and stuff like that makes me want to reach for the Limitless more. i still rock my Moonshot when out and about because of the size. if i'm at home, it's all Limitless and Boreas on deck.

i just think the Limitless is the closest to RDA experience you can get when comparing to any other tanks that i can think of. i think an RDA experience is what most of these newer airy, large build deck tanks/RDTA's are shooting for these days.

its a nice genie style RTA, enjoy it much more than the Tornado I had. Slapped a dual prewrapped alien wire in there, 6 wraps 3mm IAD came out to about 0.23ohms, vaping it at around 48-50W.

I currently have the airflow reducer in there (the one that goes into the drip tip). Anyone have any experience with it melting with coils that are only 3mm in diameter? Kind of paranoid after DJLSB's review but he had I believe 5mm notch coils in there.

Mine has not melted, but I have never used it with big coils-- I like 'em airish-- but interestingly enough, I put in the reducer the other way, with the flange inside.

I walked into a vape shop (I called beforehand) specifically to buy the Avocado 24 which I decided was the one I wanted mostly for the drip tip size and grub screw/Allen key quality that I know comes with Geekvape products. While I was there and looking and talking about the Avocado and comparing it to the limitless rdta that they also had, a regular customer was listening along and asking questions about the Avocado. 5 min in he told the shop employee he was going to purchase the Avocado 24. I laughed because I realize I just made this guy buy something he didn't know existed before I got there and told the shop I was ready to buy my own. I froze when she told me that the one I just helped sell was the last one they had in stock...

Then she goes "well at least it made your decision easier!" Needless to say I walked out with a Limitless rdta. And I have to say I do like it so far EXCEPT for one of the main thing I knew I wouldn't like before I even held one in my hands...the drip top thingy. Even with the "airflow reducer" tip. I hate the feel, the draw, the bore, the diameter, the length. I'd rather have a true straight bore and than this weird thing.

So I know Griffin tips and Kennedy 24 tips fit. I have neither so I have a couple questions:

1) is it the original Griffen tip or the Griffen 24 tip that works?
2) where can I buy either just the Kennedy 24 or Griffen tip alone?
3) does anyone else experience extreme spitback with this thing?

I know signature tips just started making custom drip top solutions for the limitless and they look awesome but they come out to the same price as the rdta...

I don't know about the tips. I have had no spitback problems.

@rice. i run 2 3mm claptons at 70-80w with no signs of melting the chuff reducer.

Suspecting those rather large (5 mm) notch coils with a super fast ramp up were the culprit in Daniel's case, + you'd think your lips would tell you how hot it is long before any delrin starts to melt:rolleyes:

last night while vaping i did pull the chuff reducer after a good vape at 70w and the chuff reducer was quite hot to the touch toward the bottom. but it was still solid and didn't feel like it softened up as if it were beginning to melt or anything. i also smelled it and didn't notice any type of fumes or anything coming from it.

I get leaks from the airflow on my limitless but not from my avocado 24. What can I have done wrong?

do you leave yours on it's side? if you wick loosely, it will leak on it's side. if you wick it tighter, it will not leak.

Was that with Notch coils? never mind I saw above what you use...

Bump on those questions. I just got the limitless yesterday and overall it's great. However I need a better drip tip on it. I'm a biter and it feels wrong without something between my teeth!

No idea about the drip tips, guys, but I will say I reversed the chuff reducer-- still vaping it at 18 watts, haven't had time to rebuild into my preferred zone-- and haven't noticed any damage or even undue heat. Of course, I'm still vaping the last build in it, which was for tootlers, and I'm running it at a might 18 watts; near the top end for this coil set. This wick will leak a bit if laid on its side. A larger diameter coil and more wick seemed to stop it, at least for rayon.

Same here, in fact I ordered a bunch at the same time as the Limitless expressly for that purpose. I think as long as they are smaller than 5 mm ID (ie. the 3.5 mm) they should work just fine set on soft or without a boost. Otherwise, you might get some spitback.
Unfortunately, I ordered the 5 mm ID notch coils so will have to use those in my Merlin rta's

You can use the griffin drip tip and you can use the 510 adapter also

As long as you own a Griffin or Kennedy 24 all is good, if not..well poop! I'm not happy with those tips that feel like you're sucking on a hose!
