Are you wicking cotton? What is the internal diameter of your coils?
Umm pretty much same 3mm and not sure cotton make was some had with aspire cleito rta in a baggy have some bacon cotton coming I norm trim just so it's into tank not all way down just so visible maybe I should try a little shorter ? ..thanks
I wick pretty much the same as sup does but I cut my wicks level with the top of the glass tank using cotton bacon, fluff them up and then juice them up, carefully pushing the cotton into the wicking channels then screw the top on, never had a single leak. I was getting some popping too, your wick could be too tight in the coils or you may have too little wicking and the juice is soaking into those clapton wires and when it heats up, it jumps off, I've found flat clapton wire works really well in this. The "what causes popping" is a bit of a debate tbh, some of my builds are fine, some pop like mad....
Looks pretty good to me, hard to tell from the pics but I wonder why yours is leaking when you tip it up. I held mine upside down, no juice came out. Of course it's a little messier than a normal tank, as it's basically a dripper with a tank underneath..Hope you get it fixed !Yes was little tight through coil this time I will RE wick tonight see if helps
